    • PURPOSE:To facilitate the adjustment accompanied with the change of work contents of an automatic machine by displaying a proper operation source in accordance with the extent of turning of an encoder on a display device at the time of selecting the forcible mode and outputting an operation signal to the displayed operation source by depression of a push-button switch. CONSTITUTION:An encoder 3 is turned at the time of selecting the continuous mode to operate respective operation sources of the automatic machine in the same manner as a regular program, and the speed is arbitrarily adjusted by the turning speed of the encoder 3. At the time of selecting the forcible mode, a proper operation source 17 of the automatic machine is displayed on a display device 5 in accordance with the extent turning of the encoder 3, and the displayed operation state 17 is operated by depression of a push button 4. Thus, this switch box is only partially changed and is used as it is for another automatic machine, and the automatic machine is easily manually operated though work contents of the automatic machine are not recognized.

    • PURPOSE:To express the operation of a sequencer in a simple way by extracting the action designation data out of the input data subject to a timing chart and storing the extracted designation data in a memory together with the status data after outputting the designation data to a display. CONSTITUTION:A control part 8 includes a CPU 16, a memory 6, an IO port 17 and an interface 18. The status data showing the ON/OFF state of each step of elements forming a timing chart are stored in a memory 6 for each step. Then the change of a relevant step is extracted out of the coordinate data on the position designated on the timing chart and then shown on a display 3 as an operation instruction. This designated change is also stored in a prescribed area of a source file for each step. The operation instruction data and the status data are independent of each other for each step so that the complicated change/correction of a source program can be eliminated and also the application of similar parts can be facilitated. Furthermore the input point to be reference to in each step of the program can be easily changed.

    • PURPOSE: To obtain a jig for inspecting a circuit board with minimized poor contact suitable for automation of an inspecting instrument by using a push having an inverted cone-shaped bearing hole, a centripetal body or the like having a tapered part expanding upward. CONSTITUTION: A centripetal body 5 supports a probe 9 to be mounted on an IC socket actually mounted on a circuit board to be inspected and a push 2 supports the centripetal body 5 with a mobile range limited. The centripetal body 5 is made up of a horizontal vibration oscillating means 4, a centripetal shaft 13 and a link member 20. The push 2 is provided with an inverted cone- shaped bearing hole 1 and a tapered part 3 is formed on the centripetal body 5 energized downward so that the centripetal body 5 points right downward from the center of the bearing hole 1 in a steady state. As a result, the direction of the probe 9 is fixed according to a relationship of a cam groove 6 and a cam follower 7. A fine deviation is corrected in the mounting of the probe 9 on the socket by generating vibration by the horizontal vibration generating means 4 while foreign matters or the like of a pin terminal are removed.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a fully automatic gas filling method by passing through a centering stage, in which a gas cylinder is placed at the center of a filling station, correcting the direction of a valve of the cylinder, connecting the valve to a gas supplying nozzle, and filling the gas cylinder with high pressure gas. CONSTITUTION:This filling method is divided roughly into three stages; a lower part processing stage, an upper part processing stage, and an after-processing stage. In the lower part processing stage, an empty gas cylinder 1 is carried into a filling station by means of a conveyor, and centering is carried out, or the cylinder 1 is positioned to the central part of the filling station. The cylinder 1 is then elevated from a transferring passage 3 and weighed. In the upper part processing stage, the height of a valve 6 of the empty cylinder 1 is detected, while the direction of the valve 6 is corrected to the specified direction. After this, the mouth of the valve 6 is connected to a mouth of a nozzle of a gas supplier 5. In the after-processing stage, the nozzle is disconnected from the valve part of the gas cylinder, which is filled with a specified amount of gas. After final work to the gas cylinder 1 is completed, the cylinder 1 is transferred as a gas-filled cylinder.

CONSTITUTION:A supply and takeout device to/from a tray is composed of a slide frame 6 to make reversal motions between a step clear part 1 and a locational part 3, an elevating/sinking table 7 moving vertically about the step clear part 1, and a pawl member 12 to open and shut at the step clear part 1 inward and outward, wherein the elevating/sinking table 7 with a tray 2 making interlocked motions through a gear mechanism part 11 placed thereupon sinks onto the slide frame 6 when it moves from the step clear part 1 to the locational part 3, and the pawl member 12 interlocking with the table 7 through a cam mechanism part 14 is engaged by a flange 13 of a second stage tray 2 from below while the undermost tray 2 is dropped onto the slide frame 6. At the locational part 3 a pinching piece 16 pinching tray 2 is provided with possibility of opening and shutting through a link mechanism part 15, and when the slide frame 6 makes motion, the link mechanism part 15 is moved by a projection 24 or a protruding piece 25 provided in an appropriate place thereon, and thereby the pinching piece 16 is opened and shut at a proper time.
