    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily set the control conditions of an altitude and an extension pipe in a control mode setting device of a combustion machine.
      SOLUTION: The control mode setting device of the combustion machine comprises a central control part 9 having a plurality of control conditions such as combustion air/fuel corresponding to the altitude and the extension pipe, a storage means 16 selecting one of the plurality of the control conditions of the central control part 9 and writing as mode selection information, and setting switches 6 and 7 installed on an operating part 1. When the set switches 6 and 7 on the operating part 1 are specifically operated differently from normal operations, the device comes into a mode setting state in which the control conditions corresponding to the altitude and the extension pipe can be set in order, and the mode selection information corresponding to the altitude or the mode selection information corresponding to the extension pipe is selected from among the plurality of control conditions. In the mode selection information corresponding to the altitude, limiters are installed so that a fuel supply amount and a combustion air supply amount are not lowered to specified values or under in an altitude mode other than a standard mode.

A controller 19 is connected such that it controls a fuel pump 10, a burner fan 11, a convection fan 4, and a filter LED 18 by incorporating information of a warm chamber sensor 20, a warm air temperature sensor 17 mounted on the air fan duct 7, and an overheating prevention device 16, and the controller lowers the upper limit of the amount of combustion or lowers temperature of each part by more raising the air volume of the convection fan 4 than initial setting before abnormal temperature is reached once the temperature of each part is raised owing to deposition of dust onto the suction filter 3 and abnormal revolutions of the motor, and hence prevents unreasonable automatic extinction.

With this arrangement the proper and neutral state in which neither coldness nor hotness is felt is exactly recognized.

At this time, a supplied air volume room temperature correction part 3 receives the signal S1 at the room temperature sensing part 1. If a room temperature is high, it increases a supplying of air volume and in turn if the room temperature is low, it decreases a supply of air volume to keep an air-fuel-ratio constant and sends a signal S3 set to stabilize a combustion. A room temperature abnormal state judging part 4 receives the signal S1 of the room temperature sensing part 1 and if it corresponds to a normal room temperature range, it transmits a signal S4 to the combustion control part 6 so as to keep a continuation in combustion. In the event that it does not correspond to the normal room temperature range and its state is continued for a predetermined period of time. The combustion control part 6 follows a signal at the room temperature abnormal state judging part 5 and in the event of continuing the combustion, it receives the signal S5 of the combustion amount determining part 3, sends a signal S6 to the combustion part 7 and controls combustion.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lighten the application of heat stress to constituent parts, by detecting the temperature rise of an apparatus at recovery from power failure, and operating a hot blast fan for a preset time in case that it has gone up for a specified temperature so as to cool the apparatus, and then, reopening combustion. SOLUTION: The temperature signal of a temperature detector 10 provided in an air duct 6 is fetched in a temperature detector 11 at recovery from power failure, and is converted into that on temperature level, and the temperature level is compared with a preset temperature detection level 12 with a comparator 13. Then, in case that the comparison result is higher than the temperature detection level 12, an operation signal is sent to a hot blast motor controller 15, and an air sending motor 3 is operated at preset revolution to send air with a fan 4 to cool the section heated to a high temperature. When the temperature level of the temperature detector 11 falls under the temperature detection level 12 by this cooling operation, the operation signal to the hot blast motor controller 15 is stopped to stop the air blasting, and then combusting action is reopened.
