The control part 41 has a power supply control part 44 for limiting power supply quantity so that power supply quantity of a vaporizing heater 43 and power supply quantity of the heating means 36 do not exceed prescribed quantity when simultaneously supplying electric power to the vaporizing heater 43 and the heating means 36.

This way enables free selection of a balance therebetween according to a heating condition, such as a combustion state and installation of rooms, by effecting heating free from an air flow feeling in a living space, and enables improvement of a heating feeling, such as uniformity of temperature in a room.
