    • PURPOSE:To eliminate a time difference between audio data and video data on a tape and an external output stage by increasing the capacity of picture memories for performing the rearrangement of video data for a delay time between the audio data and the video data. CONSTITUTION:At the time of a recording, inputted video data are processed by a filtering, etc., in an input processing circuit 3 and the rearrangement of data for one page are performed by using a picture memory 4 having a capacity for one page and a picture memory 5 having a capacity for +alpha. Since the rearrangement of data for one frame are performed with picture memories 4, 5 having the capacity for one and +alpha page, the video data can be delayed for +alpha even though a read out is performed by being advanced to a write-in to picture memories 4, 5. Rearranged video data are compressed in a compression circuit 6. Audio data are processed in an audio processing circuit 1 in which the audio data are processed and rearranged by using a memory 2. The video data from the circuit 6 and the audio data from the circuit 1 are multiplexed in time base and then recorded on the tape via an error correcting circuit 8.

CONSTITUTION:A reproduced signal is amplified and returned to an original video signal by a reproducing circuit 5, the video signal is outputted to the memory circuit 9 and the control part 2 permits the memory control circuit 10 to store the video signal in the memory circuit 9 after the output of the video signal. Said operation is repeated several times and the contracted pictures of a large picture obtained at the time of reproducing a position recording a program searching signal are successively stored in a part of n-divided part of the memory circuit 9. In case of retrieving a tape position, a picture obtained from the memory circuit 9 and projected on a TV receiver 8, switch information of an operation part 1 and a current tape count value in the control part 2 are compared to decide whether retrieval is to be executed in the forward direction or the reverse direction and a command is outputted to a motor drive servo circuit 6. Thus, a tape position can be automatically retrieved.

    • PURPOSE:To discriminate the content of a magnetic tape without using other recording means by providing a memory storing one field or one frame of picture information and address information, a memory control circuit controlling the memory, a control duty discrimination circuit and a means recording memory content on a magnetic tape. CONSTITUTION:In retrieving the tape position, the start of a magnetic tape is reproduced to display a video signal to a TV receiver 8 and to store it in a memory and the address of the next tape position retrieval is set by picture information and address information to apply high speed drive. When the set address is equal to address information recorded on the magnetic tape, a control section 2 brings the mode into the reproducing state, a reproducing signal changeover switch 11 is switched at the reproduction state and an output signal from a VRT allows a video signal outputted from a reproducing circuit 5 to be displayed on a TV receiver 8B. In retrieving the tape position attain, the reproduction signal changeover switch 11 is switched to display the video signal from a memory circuit 9 on the TV receiver 8, thereby setting the address of the tape position restrieval for high speed drive. A display as shown in figure is given again to the TV receiver 8.

    • PURPOSE:To simplify a tape editing work by recording an editing information in a magnetic tape when editing a tape, and controlling other magnetic recording and reproducing device according to the said editing information to edit one tape. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic tape to be edited is loaded on a first deck 1. When it reaches the editing position being in the reproducing state, an edit-start button is depressed, and its signal enters a control part 11. The part 11 then transmits a signal to control a second deck 2 and editing information of such as editing number to a signal processing circuit 15. The circuit 15 corrects errors of the editing information and modulates and amplifies in order to convert the information to a signal to be recorded. The converted signal is recorded in a thin layer to the control track by a recording head 16, while the editing information signal is recorded in the magnetic tape. When editing a tape, the magnetic tape is loaded on the second deck 2 and a magnetic tape to be edited is on the first deck. And when the editing button of a control section 13 is depressed, a control signal controlling the second deck 2 is outputted form the control part 11 of the first deck to that 12 of the second deck 2.
