    • PURPOSE:To eliminate the need to supply electric power or the like from outside for the circulation of heat exchange medium and at the same time improve the usable utilization of collected heat energy by a method wherein the heat exchange medium is circulated while changing its phase. CONSTITUTION:A heat exchange medium outlet 29 is connected through a pipe line 12 to a condenser 13, the other end of which is connected through a pipe line 20, a valve 16 and a pipe line 18 to a closed tank 8. Radiation fins 11 are provided on the surface of the closed tank 8. A pipe line from the heat exchange medium outlet 29 is branched by a branch pipe line 6 and connected through a valve 7 to the upper port of the closed tank 8. A branch 19 is provided between the pipe lines 18 and 20, and connected through a valve 17 to a heat exchange medium inlet 26 by means of a pipe line 21. The water 33 is applied by the pressure of feed water at all times, because the water 33 is connected through a lower inlet 31 to city water. Accordingly, when a hot water tap 32 is open, cold city water is pushed in a hot water storage tank 15 and the hot water in the upper portion of the hot water storage tank 15 is delivered through the hot water tap 32. The heat exchange medium employed in the titled hot water supplier is a material, which shows two phases or vapor and liquid depending upon the temperature and pressure of a system.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain the high heat collecting efficiency for a heat transferring fluid by a method wherein a heat resistance between a light-heat conversion body and a heat transferring fluid is made to be a heat resistance of a heat pipe action due to a heat transferring medium inside of a sealed tube. CONSTITUTION:An outer glass tube 3 and a sealed tube 2 are sealed by the heat fusing for keeping a space 5 formed between the sealed tube 2 and the outer glass tube 3 under vacuum condition. The sealed tube 2 is provided with a light-heat conversion body 1 such as a selective absorbing film and the like on the outer surface thereof, and a heat transfering medium 7 is enclosed inside thereof. The transparent outer glass tube 3 covers the sealed tube 2. Also, a part of the sealed tube 2 is contacted with a heat transferring fluid 9, while the inside of the sealed tube 2 is made to be a heat pipe, that is, the sealing of the vacuum portion is made by the heat fusing of each glass, consequently, the stress generated by the temperature variation at the heat fused part is small. Therefore, the reducing of a vacuum degree caused by the damage of the sealing can be prevented, and the heat resistance produced between the light-heat conversion body and the heat transferring fluid is the heat resistance of the heat pipe action due to the heat transferring medium inside of the sealed tube, accordingly, the high heat collecting efficiency for the heat transferring fluid can be obtained.

    • PURPOSE:To collect, accumulate and radiate to a room the solar heat during the daytime without any manual operation, and also to improve the heat insulating performance of a building itself under no sunlight conditions in such a manner that when there is sunshine, a metallic hydride in a flat bag body made of sheet metal is heated to release the hydrogen gas in the bag, and when there is no sunlight, the vacuum is restored inside the bag body. CONSTITUTION:A heat collecting and insulating material 10 is sealed in a flat bag made of stainless steel sheets 11, 12, inside of which is filled with heat insulating particles 14 such as pearlite and is made vacuous. When a solar cell 19 is exposed to the sunlight, an electric current flows in an electric heater 16 to heat a metallic hydrate 15 which releases the hydrogen gas in the heat collecting and insulating material 10, and so, the thermal conductivity of the heat collecting and insulating material 10 is increased. When the ambient temperature is lowered in the night and the temperature of a blackened surface 11' becomes 0 deg.C, the temperature of the nearby metallic hydride 15 becomes 0-5 deg.C, resulting in a reduction of the thermal conductivity of the heat collecting and insulating material 10 to provide a high heat insulating performance.

    • PURPOSE:To control starting and stopping of a heat collecting pump without any loss of control by a constitution wherein the starting and stopping of the heat collecting pump is controlled by a value obtained by dividing the amount of sunshine with a temperature difference between the temperatures of a heat accumulating tank and atmosphere. CONSTITUTION:The output voltages of a heat accumulating temperature sensor 8 and an atmosphere temperature sensor 7 output a voltage proportional to the temperature difference between the temperatures of the heat accumulating tank and the atmosphere in a first subtraction circuit 11. The output of a sunshine sensor 6 and the same of the subtraction circuit 11 are inputted into a division unit 17 consisting of first and second logarithmic circuits 10, 12 and the second subtruction circuit 13, a voltage, proportional to a value obtained by dividing the amount of sunshine with the temperature difference between the temperatures of the heat accumulating tank and the atmosphere, is compared, for deciding, with a voltage generated in a reference voltage generating circuit 14 in a decision circuit 15, and the ON-OFF of the heat collecting pump is controlled by inputting an ON-OFF signal into a driving circuit 16. According to this constitution, a decision whether the heat collection is possible or not may be obtained and the useless operation of the heat collecting pump may be eliminated.

CONSTITUTION:A tank 1, which is divided into two parts by a bulkhead 15 having water flow path 14, is provided between a solar heat collecting pipe lines 3 and 6 and the water heating pipe lines 9 and 11 of a low-heated water cooling and heating unit 7. In this case, the pipe line 6 on the outlet side of a solar heat collector and the heated water supplying pipe line 9 of a low-heated water heating circuit are connected to one part of a tank 1, while the pipe line 3 on the inlet side of a solar heat collector and the heated water returning pipe line 11 are connected to another part of a tank 1. That is, the bulkhead 15 having water flow path provided in the tank 1 prevents heat from dispersing which is caused by mixing of circulating water in a surge tank, with fluctuation in output caused by the change in solar radiation being alleviated. With such an arrangement, large amount of collected heat amount can be kept in a surge tank, while large output of cooled water can be supplied from the tank, so that an apparatus of high thermal efficiency and of high controllability can be obtained.

CONSTITUTION:The end of the evaporator section of a heat transport pipe 19 is located lower than a header part. When the incidence of the sunlight upon the surface of an absorbing fin 25 occurs, the temperature of the absorbing fin 25 is raised and consequently the temperature of the heat transport pipe 19 is also raised, resulting in heating a first heat transfer medium 27 inthe pipe 19. After being heated, the heat transfer medium 27 starts to boil. The resultant vapor of the medium 27 condenses onto the inner wall of the condenser section of the heat transport pipe 19 and gives its heat to said wall. Said heat is led through a thermal bond area 16 to the outer facial heat exchange surface of a socket 14. A second heat transfer medium around the outer surface of the heated socket 14 boils and the resultant vapor condenses onto the outer periphery of a heat transfer pipe 12, resulting in heating the heat transfer pipe 12 and consequently heating a third heat transfer medium flowing in the pipe 12. The performance of a solar heat collector is determined by the magnitude of heat transfer rate towards the second heat transfer medium.

That is, the sealing of a vacuum part is achieved by the fusing of each glass, the reducing of vacuum degree caused by the damage of sealing can be prevented due to the small stress generated by the variation of temperature at the heat fused part. The heat resistance between the light-heat conversion body 1 and the heat transferring fluid 6 is limited within the tube thickness of the inner glass tube, accordingly, the heat resistance between the light-heat conversion body and the transferring fluid can be reduced, consequently, the high heat collecting efficiency can be obtained.

    • PURPOSE: To decrease heat loss, and to increase the heat collecting efficiency in a solar heat collector, by a method wherein an outside cover of transmitting solar rays and a heat collecting board are provided to a case, and an inside cover is arranged between both parts, in order that the sum of the flux of radiant heat of a heat collecting board and the other flux is minimized.
      CONSTITUTION: The inside cover 5 is provided between a heat collecting board 2 and an outside cover 4 in the position, or near the position where the sum of the flux of radiant heat from a collecting board 2 and the flux other than the one of radiant heat is minimized. With such an arrangement, the thermal flux flowing into an inside cover 5 getes to be equal to the one flowing out of the inside cover 5 in a state of equilibrium, accordingly, the temperature of an inside cover 5 is fixed. With this structure, the convection current between a heat collecting board 2 and an inside cover 5 can be ignored, so that heat loss can be increased, as a result, the heat collecting efficiency can be increased.
