The cutting device comprises: a cutting blade which has a cutting edge in a side edge on a side opposite to the opening edge side of the bucket and is pivoted on an opening base end of the bucket; and a hydraulic cylinder which is provided in the back face of the bucket and is connected to an arm provided on the rotating base part of the cutting blade.
