    • PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition which can give a cured product of a three-dimensional configuration excellent in dimensional accuracy without cracking and deformation in a process in which a step of curing that part of the composition which is irradiated with a light beam is repeated in sequence by using at least a specified amount of a specified (meth)acrylic ester. CONSTITUTION:By using at least 65wt.% (meth)acrylic ester of the formula (wherein R1-R4 are each H, CH3, C2H5 or CF3; A is an ethylene or propylene group; m and an are each 1-10), a photocurable composition used in producing a cured product of a three-dimensional configuration by curing that part of the composition which is irradiated with a light beam, curing an uncured part of the composition around the periphery of the cured product by similary irradiating it with a light beam and repeating this procedure is obtained. Although a conventional photocurable composition has problems of forming distortions and cracks during the production of a cured product of a three-dimensional configuration and the poor dimensional accuracy of the obtained cured product when the composition is subjected to the above treatment, it is possible to obtain a cured product of a three-dimensional configuration of excellent dimensional accuracy without forming distortions or cracks and deformation.

    • PURPOSE:To shorten light irradiation time by a substantial extent by disposing spot light sources in a line, selecting the spot light sources to light up, while the spot light source line is moved in the direction crossing with the line and connecting the sites where the spot light sources light up. CONSTITUTION:A table 12 is positioned slightly lower the liquid level of a photosetting fluid substance 11. Also, a slider 14 is positioned to one end side of a container 10. While the slider 14 is moved to the other end side, spot light sources are switched on and off by a light shutter 16. The continuous line of the positions of spot light sources switched on is a section of a specified shape material. The section to which light is directed forms a photoset material 20. A table 11 is slightly lowered after the slider 14 reaches the other end side, and light irradiation is carried out after a non-photoset photosetting fluid substance is flowed onto the photoset material 20, and then other photoset materials are laminated on the upper side of the already photoset section. A photoset material of specified shape is formed by repeating said procedures.
