摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tarpaulin for flexible container, of which the printing property is improved, of which the weldability by a high frequency welder is improved, and which is excellent in flexibility and gas barrier property. SOLUTION: For a tarpaulin for flexible container comprising a ground fabric of a woven/knitted article, of which both surfaces are coated with a resin, one surface of the woven/knitted article is coated with a resin composition wherein to 100 pts.wt. of an ethylenevinyl acetate copolymer of which the composition ratio by a weight standard is 90:10-70:30, 5-30 pts.wt. of ethylene propylene diene ter polymer 5-30 pts.wt. of an inorganic substance with a favorable high frequency heating property, of which the product of a dielectric constant and a dielectric loss factor is 0.1 or higher, and 0.5-5.0wt.% of a phosphate based liquid lubricant, are respectively blended. Then, the other surface is coated with a polyvinylidene based resin film.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the heat value and the smoke volume less than prescribed values, respectively by controlling the used weight of the resin in no need of flame retarder, as the apparent quality and design required as wall paper are secured. SOLUTION: The foamed resin layer 2 of a resin composition containing 10-150 g/m2 of an olefin resin and 0-30 pts.wt. of a flame retarder is laminated to the base material 1 and the sheet density of the resin composition is adjusted to 0.06-0.30 g/cm3 thereby producing the objective wall paper. The resultant wall paper has excellent flame retardancy that satisfies the specifications of the quasi-incombustible material.

CONSTITUTION:An original material 1 is drawn out under the state that the surface having irregular pattern to be reproduced faces upwards so as to be coated with silicon rubber 3 on a roll 2. A reinforcing material 4 such as woven fabric, nonwoven fabric, paper, plastic film, metal foil or the like, which is prepared separately, is fed to be laminated onto the silicon rubber 3 of the original material 1, the irregular pattern surface of which is coated with silicone rubber 3. The original material 1, the irregular pattern surface of which is coated with the silicon rubber 3 having the reinforcing material 4 laminated on its top surface, is stationed in a cure zone 5. When the curing of the silicone rubber 3 is completed in the cure zone 5, the silicon rubber 3 and the reinforcing material 4 are delaminated from the original material 1 so as to peel off, an emboss belt 6, on the silicon rubber 3 of which the irregular pattern of the original material 1 is faithfully embossed in order to obtain an emboss belt by winding up them separately.
