摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel covering material having an easy color toning operation and excellent secondary processing suitability such as bookbinding, case laminating or the like as a non-pollution product using no vinyl chloride. SOLUTION: The covering material is obtained by laminating a transparent film 3 containing thermoplastic resin as a base and having a haze of 10% or less on a base material 1 via a coloring adhesive layer 2 containing thermoplastic resin as a base, and preferably further laminating a top coat layer 4 containing thermosetting resin as a base on the film. As a heating pressurizing roll in the case of laminating the transparent film on the base material, an embossed roll is used to be capable of embossing in line. Further, embossing suitability is improved by combining the film of the thermoplastic resin, the adhesive of the thermosetting resin and the top coat layer, a clear embossing pattern is formed, and the four layers including the base material can be rigidly laminated and adhesively integrated.
