摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the excavation efficiency and reliability in an underground connecting type tunnel boring machine by smoothly cutting and connecting tunnel structures. SOLUTION: A cutting ring 45 formed of an outside ring 46 and an inside ring 47 is installed to an excavator body 11, the hook part 59 of a support ring 56 is engagingly locked to the locking part 55 of the inside ring 47, and the support ring 56 is connected to the outside ring 46 through a first connecting pin 60. The drive rod 63 of a ring slide jack 62 provided on the excavator body 11 is connected to the support ring 56 through two or more connecting screws 67, and the docking pin 71 of a cutter head 21 is rotatably engaged with the engagement groove of the inside ring 47.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the excavation efficiency and reliability in an underground connecting type tunnel boring machine by easily cutting and connecting hard tunnel structures. SOLUTION: Four kinds of cutter bits 54a-54d having radially different excavating positions are mounted on the tip part of an inside ring 47 for constituting a cutting ring 45 for each lining part S1 , S2 of an existing tunnel T along the circumferential direction. Each cutter bit 54a, 54c, 54b, 54d excavates mutually lapping excavation ranges Wa , Wb , Wc , and Wd , whereby an excavation range W slightly larger than the radial thickness T of the cutting ring 45 can be excavated.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the manufacturing cost of a segment without requiring special machining and time and labor for the manufacture of a male joint. SOLUTION: This shield segment used for a tunnel shielding method comprises a reinforced concrete segment body 8; a male joint 9 provided at one joint face 8A in the tunnel circumferential direction of the segment body 8, along the axial direction of a tunnel; and a female joint 10 provided at the other joint face 8B in the tunnel circumferential direction of the segment body 8, along the axial direction of the tunnel. The male joint 9 of one segment body 8 is fitted to the female joint 10 of the other segment body 8 to connect the joint parts for connecting segments in the circumferential direction of the tunnel. The male joint 9 is constituted by embedding one side flange 9A and a part of a web of H-shape steel in one joint face 8A in the inclined state to the joint face 8A.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily assemble shield segments of which the dimensional precision of joints can be made course in some extent and as a result, the production cost of the segments can be reduced and further, a protrusion type joint can be pushed in a recess type joint with a weak force. SOLUTION: This shield segment is constituted of a segment body 4, a protrusion type joint 5 having a protruded side engagement face 5A, installed in the axial direction of a tunnel at one joint face of the circumferential direction of the tunnel in the segment body 4, and a recess type joint 6 having a recessed side engagement face 6A, installed in the axial direction of the tunnel at the other joint face of the circumferential direction of the tunnel in the segment body 4. The one protruded side engagement face 5A is mutually engaged with the other recessed side engagement face 6A of the segment body 4 to use them for a tunnel shielding method through which mutual segment bodies 4 can be connected. In this case, the engagement faces 5A, 6A are mutually connected by not the whole plane contact of the full length of a joint hardware of the engagement face but the partial contact thereof.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To join both of a horizontal drain material and a vertical drain material securely so as to improve the water drainage effect by placing the vertical drain material in the shape of reverse U character on a top face of the horizontal drain material provided on a water bottom and bringing its horizontal part into contact with a face of the horizontal drain material. SOLUTION: A horizontal plastic drain material 30 is spread across a predetermined interval on a lower filter 20 which is spread on the whole face of a water bottom 10 to be improved according to a plan. On the other hand, various shoes are attached to one end of a vertical plastic drain material 40 which is pulled out from a roll, the vertical drain material 40 is placed to the predetermined depth on one side of the horizontal drain material 30 by using a casing for placing, and the vertical drain material 40 which is exposed from the water bottom 10 is cut to the length which is almost equal to the depth of placing. Next, a shoe is attached to the other end part of the vertical drain material 40 which is exposed from the water bottom 10, and the vertical drain material 40 is placed in the shape of reverse U character astride the horizontal drain material 30 to bring a horizontal part 43 of the vertical drain material 40 into pressure-contact with a top face of the horizontal drain material 30.
