    • PURPOSE:To greatly reduce the welding time by setting a welding torch to the prescribed upward torch angle and push angle, and executing the welding while the wire is swayed with the prescribed value. CONSTITUTION:The upward torch angle of 10-15 deg. is set to the groove of an upper plate 1, and the downward torch angle of 5-10 deg. is set to the groove of a lower plate 2 respectively. A backing plate 4 is provided on the reverse side of a part 3 to be joined, and a face plate 5 is provided on the face side respectively. A welding torch 14 is set to the upward torch angle of 5-15 deg. and the push angle of 30-40 deg. by an angle adjuster 13. The arc position is adjusted by a torch position adjuster 13 while the welding wire is swayed with the amplitude of 2-15m/min, and the swaying speed of 0.1-2.0 times/second by an oscillator 17, and the welding of the first pass of the part 3 to be joined is executed. Then, the welding torch 14 is set to the upward torch angle of 5-10 deg. and the drag angle of 5-10 deg., and the arc position is adjusted while the welding wire is swayed with the amplitude of 2-15m/min, and the swaying speed of 0.1-2.0 times/second, and the welding of the second pass of the part 3 to be joined is executed. This constitution improves the welding precision, and reduces the generation of the defective welding.

    • PURPOSE: To mechanize manual cleaning work to release workers form cleaning work in a poor working environment by a method wherein a lifting frame is moved up and down along two or more posts provided on a traveling truck, and cleaning liquid is sprayed to any one or more of to-be-cleaned objects that are located above, in front, in rear, on the left side or on the right side. CONSTITUTION: A lifting frame 13 travels horizontally and vertically to move to arbitrary position facing a to-be-cleaned object inside a furnace. Nozzles 1 are attached on the lifting frame 13 and moved arbitrary position facing the to-be-cleaned object inside the furnace as the lifting frame 13 moves. The nozzle 1 are moved longitudinally or laterally from one end toward the other end at an adequate speed while water or abrasive is sprayed from the nozzles 1. When the nozzles 1 reach the other end, the longitudinal or lateral moving of the nozzles 1 is stopped and the lifting frame 13 is operated to move down the nozzles 1 by an adequate distance. After that, a traveling or traverse frame is operated to move the nozzle in the opposite direction. The operation is repeated and when the nozzles 1 reach the lower end, the cleaning work finishes.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the remained part for welding as little as possible and to form the sound leg length of two passes of fillet-welding by providing a mechanism for inclining a torch at the starting and end parts of the welding and an adjusting device for changing the aimed point of arc at the time of shifting the pass. CONSTITUTION:In the case of fillet-welding at two passes from the left part to the right part, when an obstacle exists at the left and the right ends, an upper carriage 12 and a lower cariage 1 are shifted to the left end. An approximate straight line moving mechanism 17 is driven so that the tip part of an electrode 32 comes to the corner part at the tip part of a work. The welding is started and the straight line moving mechanism 17 is swung to the right side, and the torch is made to be the right angle to the welding line. Successively, the upper carriage 12 is travelled to the right limit position and the lower carriage 1 is travelled till detecting the obstacle in the advancing direction. Further, the straight line moving mechanism 17 is swung to the right side until the arc comes to the corner part at the right side, and the arc position adjusting device 20 is shifted to the presetting position. Successively, the straight line moving mechanism 17 is swung to the left side and thereafter, the same movement as the first pass is executed to the reverse direction to automatically obtain the fillet two pass beads.
