摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a rail freely bendable in accordance with an arbitrary curved surface by providing a follower means, which is freely press-fittingly adjustable in the rail clamping direction and which is freely adjustable forwards and backwards and left and right, for rollers other than those having a driving means. SOLUTION: In an welding operation for a three-dimensional curved surface A, a rail 2 is bent in accordance with the curved surface A, to which a base 24 with a permanent magnet incorporated is magnetically fitted, and is disposed at a specific height on the curved surface A. Then, a follower roller 4 is moved forward by means of a push handle 17, with the rail 2 clamped between that roller and a driving roller 3, and the truck self-travels on the rail 2 by rotatably driving the roller 3. In the case where the driving roller 3 and the follower roller 4 pass through on the curved rail 2, the driving roller 3 is divided vertically and closely fitted to the surface of the rail 2 without being detached from the rail 2, with the follower roller 4 minutely moved left and right in accordance with the curve of the rail 2 and closely fitted to the surface of the rail 2, so that stable travelling is made possible.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a truck to travel along the rail installed on a three dimensionally curved surfaces by making a follower roller freely adjustable in the rail holding direction, forward and backward and left and right, providing a fixed type stanchion on the loading side in the advancing direction and an absorber type stanchion that follows up along the curved surfaces, and providing each stanchion with an eccentrically turning roller. SOLUTION: A driving and a follower roller 3, 3' are equipped with a split roller 7, 7 that is vertically dividedly provided on a driving shaft 6, 6'; the split roller 7, 7 vertically holds the rail 2 and maintains press-contact by a pressing force of a compression spring 8, 8 which, for the purpose of close contact, extrudes in the press-contacting direction the split roller 7, 7 fitted in the driving shaft. A driving gear 9 is provided at the base end of the driving shaft 6, and meshed with a driving gear 9' to which the driving shaft 11 of a motor 10 is fitted, thereby rotating the driving shaft 6 and also simultaneously rotating the driving shaft 6' of the follower roller 3' by means of a transmission gear 12.

The core material is a bundle of at least two continuous strings bundled so as to fit to the section of a wedgy space of the joint. The covering material tightly covers the outer surface of the core material and comprises a continuous string in the shape of a tube formed by weaving around the core material in the longitudinal direction. The core material is pref. a bundle of at least two processed strings bundled so as to fit to the section of the wedgy space of the joint.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a welding method in which the number of passes is reduced in a gas shielded arc welding. CONSTITUTION:A wire that is 1.4-1.6mm of diameter and superior in crack resistance is used for a first electrode (preceding electrode) 15, and a flux cored wire that is 1.6mm of diameter and superior in workability is used for a second electrode (succeeding electrode) 16. The electrodes (wire) are separated by 50-80mm in the front and rear directions and by 3-8mm in the up and down directions; a 60-80 deg. horizontal angle and a 35-45 deg. vertical angle are given to the wires; and while weaving is obliquely performed by using a 280-320A electric current, a bead welding by a lap welding method is performed to finish an L-shaped groove face upto a 20mm thickness by one or two operations.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a welding wire for horizontal welding with which surface and back beads without weld defects are simultaneously formed by taking a flux charging ratio to the weight of wire and the weight of iron powder to the total weight of flux as specified values. CONSTITUTION:In consumable electrode type gas shielded arc welding, the welding wire for horizontal welding is constituted so that the flux charging ratio to the weight of wire is 5-10% and the weight of iron powder to the total weight of flux is 70-90%. When horizontal welding is executed by using a surface pad 3 and back pad 4 which are placed at a height L from the end of groove on surface side of a material 1 to be welded, a weld bead 2 is built up in the groove, slag 5 is stuck to the surface pad 3 and slag 6 is generated on the back pad 4. In this way, the number of welding pass becomes a half of a conventional method, the generation of weld defects such as flowing out, oxidation, nitridation of weld bead 2 is prevented and also surface and back beads are simultaneously formed.

SOLUTION: The aluminum alloy welding method comprises a step of forming a U-shaped groove in a weld face 15 of a base metal and a step of performing arc welding by adding a filler metal 4 to the U-shaped groove, and has the base material 5 formed of aluminum alloy mainly consisting of aluminum. A weld line direction 24 in which the U-shaped groove extends has a component of a vertical direction 23. The U-shaped groove has two flat portions 11-1 and 11-2 adjacent to the weld face 15. The two flat portions 11-1 and 11-2 substantially face each other. In the aluminum alloy welding method, the amount of a metal to be deposited is smaller than that for welding a V-shaped groove. Accordingly, the welding can be performed more rapidly.

A groove surface forming the U-shaped groove 11 includes a flat upper flat portion 11-1 and a lower flat portion 11-2. A groove angle θ which is an angle formed by the lower flat portion 11-2 and the upper flat portion 11-1 is ≤ 6°. In this oscillating operation, the oscillating speed is increased in the downward oscillation compared with that in the upward oscillation, whereas the welding current and voltage are reduced in the downward oscillation compared with those in the upward oscillation.
