CONSTITUTION:The output of the difference adjusting gauge the receives outputs from the transmitter 6 of exhaust gas outlet temperature and the set value 7 becomes the set value of the water level of the A side vaporizer, and the output of the difference adjusting gause 9 that receives said water level set value and the output from the vaporizer water level transmitter 5a becomes the control signal for the circulating water control valve 4A. In said control system, if the exhaust gas temperature decreases, the setting value of the A side vaporizer water level is lowered to reduce the circulated water flow rate so as to reduce the heat exchanging rate in the vaporizer 1A. If the A side vaporizer water level becomes lower than the water level setting 10, the output of the subtracting unit 11 becomes plus and the output of the low limiter 13 also becomes plus. Therefore, the output of the subtracting unit 15 becomes smaller than the value of the B side vaporizer water level setting 14 to cause the water level of the B side vaporizer B to be lowered to reduce the heat exchanging rate, resulting in theincrease of the exhaust gas temperature.

    • PURPOSE:To remove immediately the non-condensed gas generated in the route of a heat exchanger and prevent the deterioration of efficiency in the heat exchanger by a method wherein a non-condensed gas stagnating section near the condensing section of a separate type heat pipe heat exchanger and a condenser is connected through a pipeline while the outlet side of a condensed water pump and the operating liquid supplying section of the heat exchanger are connected through a pipeline. CONSTITUTION:A very small part of purified water flows into the condenser 3 from the non-condensed gas readily stagnating section at the downstream of the condensing section 10 of the separate type heat pipe heat exchanger through the pipeline 14 at all times. The amount of the purified water is regulated by a valve 16. When the liquid level of a condensed water tank 11 descends, the purified water is supplied from the condensed water pump 4 into the condensed water tank 11 through the pipeline 17, insufficient amount of the purified water in the route of the heat exchanger is supplemented and the amount of the purified water is controlled so as to become constant at all times. Accordingly, when the non-condensed gas is generated in the non-condensed gas readily stagnating section at the down-stream of the condensing section 10, the non-condensed gas flows into the condenser 3 immediately together with a part of the purified water without being stagnated and is removed by a deaerator 5 from the condenser 3 through the condensed water pump 4.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the heat exchange efficiency due to air leakage caused by the negative pressure from deteriorating or to prevent the life of the heat pipe from shortening due to oxidation within the system by mounting a transmitter on a unit to be put into a negative pressure and controlling circulating water of a upstream side unit by detecting and transmitting the internal pressure of the transmitter. CONSTITUTION:When the temperature of an exhaust gas is lowered, the temperature of the exhaust gas at the inlet of a downstream side unit 14B lowers and the temperature of circulating water also lowers. Therefore, an output from a downstream apparatus internal pressure oscillator 8 becomes below an output from an apparatus internal pressure setter 9. Therefore, an output from a pressure deviation adjusting meter 10 becomes below the output from a water level deviation adjusting meter 7A of an upstream side evaporator. Therefore, the apparatus switched to the pressure control by a low level selector 11 and the downstream side unit is prevented from becoming a negative pressure. In a case where the downstream side unit 14B assumes a negative pressure even if the heat exchange in the upstream side unit 14A is put into a zero state, it is sufficient to form said downstream side unit in a construction similar to that of the upstream side unit.

    • PURPOSE:To maximize a generated energy without exceeding an authorized output energy by comparing a generated energy up to a predetermined time with an electric energy to become the authorized output energy up to a predetermined time, and controlling the generated power of a non-utility generator in response to excess or deficiency of the generated energy with respect to the authorized output energy. CONSTITUTION:An authorized output value is set to a generated energy operator 7, and an ideal generated energy at a predetermined time is operated. The operator 7 operates a difference from the ideal generated energy by using actual generated energy to be input through a generated energy wattmeter 6, regulates an opening of a regulating valve 10 in response to its operated result, and controls a vapor amount to a turbine 8. Thus, a generated output of a non-utility generator 1 is controlled to obtain generated power near the authorized output energy. In this manner, a received energy can be minimized to save an electric power cost.

    • PURPOSE:To bring power receiving amount from an external power supply system as close as zero by continuously accumulating power receiving amount and reverse power transmitting amount at a power receiving point of the external power supply system and then controlling power generating amount of nonutility generating system according to thus accumulated amounts. CONSTITUTION:A power receiving amount accumulating meter 13 and a reverse power transmission amount accumulating meter 14 are disposed between a primary circuit breaker 2 and a transformer 3 connected with an external power supply 1 of an external power supply system A, and accumulation signals are provided from the meters 13, 14 to a generating amount operation controller 15. The controller 15 also receives halt/operation information of factory through a factory operation information unit 16. Operation results are fed from the controller 15 to a nonutility generator 6 in a nonutility generating system B in order to control power generation of the generator 6. According to the constitution, power receiving amount from an external power supply system is averaged resulting in minimization.
