    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a work efficiency and reduce manufacturing cost by automatically accumulating an aluminum sheet overlapping each other after blanking a given shape aluminum sheet one by one and stereo molded so as to completely eliminate a work to a separate the aluminum sheet adhered with a flash. SOLUTION: This machine is equipped with a male die 17 and a female die 18 which mold an aluminum sheet by nipping immediately after the blanking is finished, and a male die driving mechanism 19 which drives the male die 17 in vertical directions against a blanking die 15. A molding position to be conducted with the male die 17 and the female die 18 is arranged at a lower position than the blanking position, and the male die 17 is stored inside the blanking die 15 when the die 17 is carrying out a blanking, and a female die 17 is arranged at a lower position than the blanking die 16, and, at the same time, is formed in a way to connect through an open space lower than the female die 16. A step part 18b is formed at the bottom face side of the female die 18 and after the blanking is finished, the male die 17 is made to fit with the female die 18 by the male die driving mechanism 19 and further is driven down so as to reach an open space area which is lower than the female die 16, thereby, an aluminum sheet is stereo formed into the aluminum sheet 1A and is pressed into an open space located lower than the female die 16.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable sheets to be reliably supplied automatically one by one with slight deflexion applied to the uppermost sheet without performing burr removal by providing a slide driving mechanism for sliding a suction pad when the suction pad sucks the uppermost sheet on a magazine. SOLUTION: In order to prevent two or more aluminum sheets 8 from being cut out simultaneously but to allow the aluminum sheets 8 to be reliably cut out one by one, a slide driving mechanism 52 or the like is provided. That is, when a suction pad 51 sucks the uppermost aluminum sheet in an aluminum sheet holding part, before the sheet is brought up by a cylinder, one of suction pads 51 is driven in an A direction by an air cylinder 52a and also the other suction pad 51 is driven in a B direction by an air cylinder 52a, wherein these operations are alternately repeated several times. Thus deflexion occurs on the uppermost aluminum sheet so that it is easy to peel without burr removal, thereby reliably peeling the uppermost aluminum sheet from second and subsequent sheets.
