    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep the wear of a base metal to a minimum by peeling a covering material in the molten condition with the shot-blasting to greatly improve the peeling efficiency after the covering material applied to a steel plate is melted by the heating in the high frequency induction heating method. SOLUTION: When the high frequency power is fed to a high frequency induction heating coil 13 from a high frequency inverter 14 through a matching transformer 15 while a robot type blasting machine 10 is operated in a mobile manner, the eddy current is generated in a steel plate to be blasted in the alternating magnetic field generated in the high frequency induction heating coil 13 is generated, the Joule heat is generated by the eddy current, and the paint on the surface of the steel plate to be blasted is in the molten condition. Immediately thereafter a blasting mechanism of the robot type blasting machine 10 is operated, and the blasting material is blasted against the painted surface from a blast nozzle 1 to blast the part and peel the paint. Because the paint is in the molten condition, and the shot blasting is rapidly performed immediately thereafter to remarkably improve the blasting effect by the shot blasting.

SOLUTION: In a device for feeding ink from an ink source roller 1, wide ink tank units are disposed in the width direction, and the ink scraped by scraping doctors 8 and the ink not fed into the ink source roller 1 by an ink feed plate 12 and left over in excess are dropped from openings 48, and entered into ink tanks 2. Also, water fed from a wetting device 29 to a plate 6 is scraped down by the doctors 8 and entered into the ink tanks 2. One ends of shafts 31 of impellers 9 set on the lower sections of the ink tanks 2 are run through the tanks 2, while the other ends of the shafts 31 are connected with roller driving shafts 34 for driving ink pumps 10 to open the suction holes of the ink pumps 10 on the side wall suction holes 43 of the ink tanks 2.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent ink from being fouled by the mixing of inks of different colors and thereby improve the quality of printed matter by providing a scraped ink separator with a wall for preventing colors from being mixed, fixed on both sides of an ink guide plate which guides the ink scraped off the surface of a doctor roller by a scraping doctor. SOLUTION: First, ink stored in an ink fountain 1a, 1b in each of ink supply devices 13a, 13b is supplied to an ink fountain roller 6, then is supplied to a bracket cylinder through a delivery roller 7 and a group of ink rollers 8 and is transferred to a paper face. In the printing press, two units of scraping ink separator 14 are provided in contact with a doctor roller 14 in the width direction of the printing press, and are constituted of walls 16 for preventing colors from being mixed, fixed on both ends of an ink guide plate 15. The front end of each of the walls 6 is connected to the tip of a scraping doctor supporting device 18 and is notched in an arc form concentrically with the doctor roller 11. Thus the scraped ink is smoothly guided into the ink fountains 1a, 1b.

CONSTITUTION: Even when the stop position of the gap 14 of a plate cylinder 10 is slightly shifted, the part on the side of the gripper end of a plate is certainly pushed in the gap 14 of the plate cylinder 10 by a plate press device 21.
