SOLUTION: The flexographic printer is constructed by comprising a rotary printing drum 11, a letterpress 12, a support base 13, a platen 14, a printed circuit board 15, an ink supply means 16, and an ink replenishment means 17. The ink supply means 16 which supplies ink for a luminous layer to the surface of the letterpress 12 constitutes a closed chamber of sealed structure, and has an anilox roll 161 and an ink jar 162 to house an ink drop 162a. The area of the portion in contact with the atmosphere at the circumferential face of the anilox roll 161 is made 5% or more and 50% or less of the area of the total circumferential face of the anilox roll 161, more preferably 10% or more and 30% or less.
