    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify wiring, and supplement warnings for over vehicle speed and the like by providing an output means executing device control by a running controller connected with an input means, and providing a function judging means and an warning output judging means for the running controller. SOLUTION: An input means of a running controller 1 is equipped with a forward speed and reverse lever 4, a key switch 5 and a vehicle speed sensor 6, and an output means is equipped with a revolving light 7, a buzzer and a chime 8. The running controller 1 is equipped with a warning output judging means 10, a function judging means 11 and a RAM 12. The function judging means 11 judges the function of the output means with respect to an input means. A warning output means 10 judges whether or not a warning is outputted in response to the input means, each specified output means is driven by charging the forward speed and reverse lever 4 and the key switch 5, and the specified output means is driven when the vehicle speed is founded to have been in excess of a set vehicle speed data fed from the RAM 12 by comparing a value from an input of a vehicle speed sensor 6 therewith. Thereby, the output control can be performed without needing any installation of dedicated channel, or can achieve a warning function with respect to the excess car speed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deterioration of the operation feeling at the time of regenerative braking by gradually decreasing the current value by the regeneration of a travel motor as the vehicle speed is decreased during regenerative braking when the current value is adjusted at the time of regenerative braking of the travel motor to obtain the prescribed braking force. SOLUTION: In the regenerative braking mode, a regenerative contact C2 set to on in the normal travel mode is set to off, and a forward/reverse switching contact C3 is set to the fixed contact R side. A main switch element SW1 is turned on, and a regenerative exciting switch element SW2 is turned on. A current is fed to a field coil FC, and the self-power generating function by an armature AM is exerted. The SW2 is turned off, and the current self- generated by the armature AM is fed to the field coil FC. The SW1 is controlled by PWM based on the detected value of a current detector CT to obtain fixed braking force. When the vehicle speed is a prescribed value or below, the current value is gradually decreased.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the installation number of resistances of a battery vehicle. SOLUTION: In the state of contacts C1, C2 being closed and a contact C3 being closed to F (forward side) or R (reverse side), a main switching element SW1 is PWM-controlled to control a current flowing to a motor formed of an armature AM and a field coil FC, thus performing speed control. When a weak field contactor C4 is closed, a current flowing to the field coil FC is diverted to a flow dividing circuit formed of a common resistance r3 and the weak field contactor C4 so as to be able to perform field-weakening control. On the other hand, at the beginning of regenerative braking, when a regenerative exciting switching element SW2 is closed at the time of a regenerative contactor C2 being opened, a current flows along a path K13 (a path including the common resistance r3), so that self-power-generation of the motor is established, and regenerative braking can be performed even through the switching element SW2 is opened afterwards.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a plurality of kinds of limited speed without requiring any modification for limit speed by an operator by extracting a vehicle speed being set through a Hi/Low switch, comparing the extracted speed with a vehicle speed detected by a vehicle speed sensor and then controlling a drive motor not to exceed the speed limit. SOLUTION: A set vehicle speed extracting means 2b for a controller 2 extracts a set vehicle speed corresponding to the decision results of a vehicle speed setting Hi/Low decision means 2a from a memory 4, and a vehicle speed- current function extracting means 2c extracts a vehicle speed-current function for a set vehicle speed extracted by the set vehicle speed extracting means 2b from the memory 4. A current command value operating means 2d then determined a current command value from the vehicle speed detected by a vehicle speed sensor 5 according to a vehicle speed-current function extracted by the vehicle speed-current function extracting means 2c. Based on the current command value, a power conversion circuit 2f produces a current which is then fed to a drive motor 6.
