    • PURPOSE:To control the resin pressure in the cavity of a mold by actuating a nozzle for heat release of resin when the resin pressure in the cavity of the mold is detected by a detector during an injection packing stage and this pressure exceeds the prescribed preset value and regulating the temp. of resin. CONSTITUTION:An initial needle pin position setter 11c is set by viscosity of resin and initial calorific value. This preset value is regulated to large value as viscosity of resin is made higher. Further this preset value is set at large value as the initial calorific value is made smaller. Thereby the position of a needle pin 21 is decided by a servovalve 29 before injection and injection is started at this position. Injection is started and a resin pressure sensor 39 provided in a cavity detects resin pressure. when the detected resin pressure reaches the preset value or more of a resin pressure lower limit setter 11b, a signal is output to the servovalve 29 from a controller 11. A hydraulic cylinder 25 is actuated and the gap d1 of a nozzle 20 and the needle pin 21 is throttled to control the internal pressure of the cavity. Further when the resin pressure reaches the value of a resin pressure upper limit setter 11a, the needle pin 21 of a nozzle 4 for heat release of resin is completely closed. Accordingly the gap d1 is made to zero and resin pressure is not transferred to the inside of the cavity.

    • PURPOSE:To greatly reduce the cost of a mold by enabling low mold clamping pressure molding, by a method wherein resin whose viscosity of the molten resin is lowered by generating shearing heat with a sectional area narrowing device for a resin flow path or a temperature raising device for the resin is filled into the mold and the resin is pressed with a movable mold after completion of the filling. CONSTITUTION:A nozzle 20 is screwed into a valve main body 22, a needle pin 21 is fitted slidably into the valve main body 22 and a gap d1 is formed between the tip of the same and the nozzle 20. When resin is passed through this narrow resin passage under a high-shearing speed, viscosity of the molten resin 7 is lowered with shearing heating, the resin becomes low viscosity by becoming a high temperature with a plasticizing temperature raising device. The foregoing molten resin 7 is injected and filled up to a preset position of a screw 1 at a high speed with a signal of a controller 11 into a cavity 36 where a singular or a plurality of wedgy spacers 37 are arranged and a compression allowance delta is contained between a stationary mold 35 and movable mold 32. After completion of the filling, the primary mold clamping pressure is lowered and after movement of the wedgy spacer 37 backward further, the gap d1 of a narrowing nozzle 4 is closed and then the mold cavity 36 is compressed with fixed pressure as the secondary mold clamping pressure.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a highly kneading screw exceedingly improved in kneading properties and reduced in resin temperature difference in the stroke direction by providing a mixing part composed of a melting and a shearing section with special shape at the end of the screw. CONSTITUTION:The mixing part (b) and the flow-back preventive mechanism (c) are provided at the end of the metering part (a) of the screw 1. The mixing part (b) is made up of a polyhedron of which the section is polygonal, the flow-back preventive mechanism c is composed of the seat 4, the check ring 5, the retainer seat 6 and the ring 7. The inner wall surface 13 of a cylinder and the notched slopes 14, 15 of the polyhedron 2 make up voids having curved line of small curvature. The notch slope 14 makes up the melting section 16 and the notch slope 15 due to the curved line of large curvature makes up the shearing section 17. The melting section 16 is connected in a constant depth with metering part and the flow-back preventive mechanism (b) while the shearing section 17 is opened for the side of the metering part (a) but closed by the weir 18 for the side of the flow-back preventive part.

    • PURPOSE:To trap an unmelted resin and exert a strong shearing force to thereby provide an effective kneading action and an effective cleaning action at the time of plasticizing and back-up an injecting pressure by a restriction at the tip of a mixing part to thereby suppress a backflow of the resin at the time of injecting, by a method wherein a mixing part having a cross section constituted of a polyhedron is provided at the tip of a screw, and a weir a part of which is cut out is provided at the tip of the mixing part. CONSTITUTION:The length L of the mixing part 2 provided at the tip of a metering part (a) is set to be 1-3D (where D is the diameter of the screw), the cross section A-A thereof is a polyhedron constituted of curved surfaces 3 [for example, R=3h-10h, where h is the depth of the groove provided at the metering part (a)] or plane surfaces 3', and is slightly distorted relatively to the axial direction of the screw. The weir 4 is provided at a section l=0.2L-0.5L of a tip part of the mixing part 2, and is provided with restricted grooves 5 having a depth h'=H/2-H/5 (where H is the maximum depth of the polyhedron from the outside diameter of the screw) and a width w=W/2-W/5. Even when molding a vinyl chloride resin or the like, a wide range of molding conditions can be obtained, and a molding cycle can be accelerated.
