    • PURPOSE:To prevent unevenness of a color and reduction of a strength from occurring in a molded article by ununiformity of a plasticized resin by a method wherein in a kneader of an injection molding machine formed by providing a screw having a prevention valve part for preventing a counterflow of a resin, a kneading action can be applied to the resin by the counterflow preventive valve part. CONSTITUTION:A kneader of an injection molding machine is provided with a screw 1a having a counterflow prevention valve part for preventing a counterflow of a resin. A fin is peripherally formed by a fin groove 5 inside a check valve 2a of a counterflow prevention valve part. In addition, a fin is formed by fin grooves 4, 6 in a screw of the counterflow prevention valve part. The both ends of the fin in a flow direction in the counterflow prevention valve are so tapered that the depth of the fin groove is gradually reduced for eliminating stagnation of a resin. The fin formed in the screw has an outer diameter slightly smaller the inner diameter of the check valve 2a and is formed by peripherally engraving a screw shaft. Furthermore, the both ends of the fin in an axial direction are so tapered that the depth of the fin groove is gradually reduced.

    • PURPOSE:To provide an injection molding apparatus capable of preventing the deterioration of the surface state such as a flow mark or a blister of a molded product regardless of the length of a molding cycle when a sprue is cut in order to prevent the cooling of a nozzle. CONSTITUTION:In an injection molding apparatus performing sprue cutting operation allowing the nozzle 2 being in contact with a mold to retreat at the point of time when plasticization is completed after the completion of injection molding to separate the same and advancing the nozzle 2 before the next injection operation to bring the same into contact with the mold 1 during operation, temp. detectors 5, 4 are provided to two places of the base part 2b and tip part 2a of the nozzle 2 in order to control the temp. of the nozzle part and the temp. of the nozzle 2 is controlled by the temp. detector 4 on the tip side when the tip of the nozzle 2 is separated from the mold 1 and controlled by the temp. detector 5 the side of the nozzle base part by changing over the temp. detector 4 to the detector 5 after the nozzle 2 advances to come into contact with the mold 1.
