    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform miniaturization by overlapping a light guiding display plate and a solar battery panel light receiving surface. SOLUTION: The display surface of the light guiding display plate 1 and the light receiving surface of a solar battery 3 are overlapped. The large part of sunlight made incident on the light guiding display plate 1 reaches a solar battery panel 3. Power generated by the solar battery panel 3 by receiving the reaching light is charged to a secondary battery 5 and the power is supplied from the secondary battery 5 to a lighting device 6 and a timer 7. Charging is smoothly performed from the solar battery panel 3 to the secondary battery 5 in the daytime. At night, the lighting device 6 is operated and a straight tube type fluorescent lamp 2 is lighted. The light emitted from the straight tube type fluorescent lamp 2 is made incident from the end face of the light guiding display plate 1 and reaches the other end while being multi-reflected inside the light guiding display plate 1, and during the time, the light exposed to a display part 4 printed on the back surface of the light guiding display plate 1 and formed by paint is diffused and reflected, emitted from the surface side of the light guiding display plate 1 to the outside of this display device and visualized.

    • PURPOSE:To increase the transmission speed to be a multiple of 1.5 of a conventional speed by outputting a phase and an amplitude signal by two periods of a prescribed carrier frequency corresponding to a picture data so as to modulate a picture signal and using a half of the prescribed carrier frequency as a pass band width of a transmission reception picture filter thereby filtering the picture signal. CONSTITUTION:When a picture transmission command comes, a picture modulation section 22 modulates a picture signal by outputting a phase and an amplitude signal corresponding to each picture data for two periods of a prescribed carrier frequency. Then a transmission reception picture filters 23,25 taking a half of the prescribed carrier frequency as its pass band filter the picture signal. Thus, the transmission speed of the picture signal is increased by a multiple of 1.5 of a conventional speed and the sound quality almost equal to that of a conventional device is obtained.

    • PURPOSE:To form a display part to a circular shape meeting visual characteristics and to enhance the resolution in the central part of the display part by providing the display device with a display element which displays videos, a rotating means which rotates this display element, a rotation control section and a video supplying means. CONSTITUTION:The position of the display element 16 formed to a rectangular shape having an aspect ratio of 4:3 is so fixed that the upper base of a circular columnar turn table 17 and the display plane of the display element 16 are paralleled and that the centers of a shaft 19 of a motor 18 and the center of the display element 16 are aligned at an axis 20 of rotation when the same image for one frame-component is displayed thrice during rotation of 360 deg. by rotating the display element by 120 deg. for every 1/180 second. This motor 18 is so constituted as to rotate the turn table 17 and the display element 16. The display element 16 does not make display in a rotating period and makes display in a stop period. The video information is displayed by synchronous rotation at the same angle in a direction opposite to the rotating direction of the video is offset and the video position the rotation of the video is offset and the video position is made statistically visible.
