摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator device for base isolation building which can normally guide an elevating/lowering body by a guide rail even when the elevating/lowering body is present between a base building body and a base- isolated building during an earthquake. SOLUTION: When an elevating/lowering body 11 is present in an elastic deformation area 8 during an earthquake, the horizontal load is applied to a guide rail on one side by the horizontal displacement of the elevating/lowering body 11 through a guide piece, and the guide rail is deflected. The horizontal load of the elevating/lowering body 11 is also applied to an auxiliary rail 15 through pieces 17 opposite to each other. Thus, the horizontal load of the elevating/lowering body 11 during an earthquake is dispersed to the guide rail and the auxiliary rail 15. The required guide effect can be obtained by the guide rail of the standard size against the displacement of the elevating/lowering body 11 during an earthquake by a simple and inexpensive manufacture constitution, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator device for base isolation building which can normally guide an elevating/lowering body by a guide rail even when the elevating/lowering body is present between a base building body and a base- isolated building during an earthquake. SOLUTION: When an elevating/lowering body 11 is present in an elastic deformation area 8 during an earthquake, the horizontal load is applied to a guide rail 7 on one side by the horizontal displacement of the elevating/ lowering body 11 through a guide piece 12, and the guide rail 7 is deflected. Since a fitting plate 20 is engaged with an engaging body 15 of the guide rail 7 on the other side to which no horizontal load is applied, the displacement of the elevating/lowering body 11 caused by the earthquake is also transmitted to the guide rail 11 on the other side. Since the displacement of the elevating/ lowering body 11 during an earthquake can be supported by the guide rails 7 on both sides by a constitution which is simple and inexpensively manufactured, the stress exerted in the guide rails 7 is reduced, and the specified strength can be obtained by the guide rails 7 of the standard size.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator device for a base-isolated building capable of coping with the displacement of a base building body and a base-isolated building body during an earthquake and the load to be applied to a guide rail when an emergency stop device of an elevating/lowering body is operated with a simple constitution without increasing the area of a hoistway or reinforcing the guide rail. SOLUTION: A base-isolated building body 4 is provided on a base building body 1 through a base isolation device 3, a hoistway 6 is formed in both the base building body 1 and the base-isolated building body 4, a guide rail 7 is provided longitudinally therethrough, and an elastic deformation area is formed between the two. An emergency stop device 17 to hold the guide rail 7 during the operation is provided on an elevating/lowering body 15. The guide rail 7 provided on the base-isolated building body 4 is tightened in a downwardly non-displaceable manner, and the guide rail 7 is tightened to the base building body l slidably in the perpendicular direction. The operation load of the emergency stop device 17 is supported as the tensile load of the guide rail 7.

It is thus possible to connect a wire rope and the cylindrical connected part to each other with high reliability by simple work without causing any dangerous condition resulting from use of fire for charging molten Babbitt metal and facilitate installing work of the wire rope.

This constitution causes the generation of a thrust between the primary side and the secondary side 22 and the generation of a damping force between the car frame 3 and the car 6.

In this case, a position detector 16 is provided, which detects the excessive displacement of the reaction body 12 due to the abnormal rotation of the electric motor 9 because of the abnormal function of the vibration control means 15, operational errors and the like, and when the excessive displacement is detected, the operation of the operating mechanism is so constituted as to be controlled via the operation control means 13.
