    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door device of an elevator, in which maintenance work of a wrapping transmission means arranged between a stringer front surface and a cage front surface can be easily performed, and maintenance workability is good. SOLUTION: A stringer 2 is arranged on the upper edge of a cage, a pulley 6 is provided, a transmission band 5 is wrapped on it, and a sliding door 8 is driven by the transmitting band 5. A wrapping transmission means 12 is arranged between the stringer 2 and the cage. A transmission wheel 15 of the wrapping transmission means 12 is mounted on the end of the cage side by inserting a shaft 14 through the stringer 2, and the pulley 6 is mounted on the end of the front surface 4 side of the stringer 2. A bearing body 17 pivotally supporting the shaft 14 is connected to the stringer 2 and mounted through an opening part 19 of the stringer 2 so as to be displaced from the specified position facing the cage to the upper position of the cage. Therefore, the bearing body is detached from the stringer in maintenance of the wrapping transmission means, the opening part is moved upward and arranged above the cage, and maintenance work is performed between the stringer side and the cage upper surface.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door device for an elevator capable of coping with insufficiency of driving capacity of a sliding door without requiring an excess installation space.
      SOLUTION: The sliding door 3 opening and closing an exit 1 is provided, and winding wheels 7 are pivoted to an upper fringe of the exit 1 while they are separated from each other in the horizontal direction to wind an endless transmission strip body 8. The transmission strip body 8 and the sliding door 3 are connected by connection devices 9, 10, and respective winding wheels 7 are driven by electric motors 13, 14. Consequently, the sliding door 3 is driven by a plurality of electric motors 13, 14 through the transmission strip body 8. As a reuslt, it is possible to eliminate a problem of insufficiency of driving capacity of the electric motors caused by specifications of the sliding door 3 and cope with it without increasing the size of the electric motors. It is possible to realize various specifications of the sliding door inexpensively without affecting a basic configuration and requiring extra costs.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door closing control device of an elevator preventing an abnormal time control of a door caused by a difference of light receiving amount of a photodetector due to an abnormal phenomenon. SOLUTION: On one of both a car door 4 opening and closing a doorway 3 and a member constituting an edge part of the doorway 3 opposed to the car door 4, a light projecting device 10 projecting light to the side of a landing 6 is provided. On the other of both the car door 4 and the member, a photodetector 11 receiving reflected light projected from the photodector 10 and reflected by an obstacle on the side of the landing 6 is provided. In a prescribed section of a door closing process of the car door 4 which is opened by a control unit 12, an abnormal time control is performed for the door closing when a light receiving value of the photodetector 11 exceeds a first prescribed value, the abnormal time control is restrained when the light receiving value of the photodetector 11 exceeds a second prescribed value by an abnormal phenomenon before the prescribed section at the time of the door closing and a failure that the abnormal time control for a door closing operation is uselessly performed at the time of the abnormal phenomenon is eliminated.
