摘要： PURPOSE:To easily connect suction pipes even if the precision of each part is low, by joining the intake muffler side parts of two suction pipes into an intake muffler by joining the sealed container side of the intake muffler with the sealed container and fitting the opposed edge part into the spread pipe part. CONSTITUTION:The intake muffler side parts 11a1 and 11b1 of two suction pipes 11a and 11b are inserted separatedly into the suction passages 10a and 10b of two cylinders 3a and 3b and the suction pipe insertion holes 13a and 13b of a sealed container 9, and then connected with the intake muffler side parts 11a1 and 11b1 of two suction pipes 11a and 11b joined with an intake muffler 1. One opposed edge part is fitted into the spread pipe parts 14a and 14b formed on the other. Then, since the suction pipes 11a and 11b are made of copper and the position can be easily corrected manually or by a simple jig, the dispersion in the working precision and assembly precision of each part can be absorbed in the final assembly process, and two suction pipes 11a and 11b can be easily connected without requiring skillfulness.

摘要： PURPOSE:To high accurately detected a rotary speed of an electric motor and to obtain a closed type electric compressor with an inexpensive speed detecting mechanism by providing a gap sensor which detects protrusion parts provided vertically from a balance weight part and arranged with an equal space in a circumferential direction. CONSTITUTION:A balance weight 16, mounted to an upper part of an end ring 14 in a rotor 3, is rotated integrally with the end ring 14 by rotating the rotor 3. A gap sensor 11 is provided in a position opposed facing to protrusion parts 16a in the balance weight 16, and the protrusion part 16a is detected for its passing by the gap sensor 11 obtaining a pulse signal output in accordance with a speed of the rotor 3. This pulse signal, when the rotor rotates one turn, is output by a number of protrusion parts 16a of the balance weight 16. Since resolution is determined of measuring an instantaneous speed of the rotor 3 by the number of protrusion parts 16a, the resolution can be adjusted. In this way, though a compressor is inexpensive with a less number of part items, an electric motor can be detected for its speed by necessary accuracy.

CONSTITUTION:A plurality of notches 9, extending to the outside of a paint cover 8, are made at an annular gap part 7 of a planar plate 3 and the notches serve as paint intrusion ports and air vents. When an enclosed compressor constituted in such manner is immersed in paint, the paint flows into an annular gap 7 formed between the planar plate 3 and the outer peripheral surface of a terminal section 4 and spreads on the entire surface and excess paint is discharged through the notch 9 along a discharge path. Since the notches serve as paint flow-in paths and air vents to accelerate intrusion of paint into the interior, painting at the annular gap part is effected more reliably and trouble such as rusting or boring can be prevented.

In such a composition, an oil pump comprising the oil feeding passage 38 and the discharge gas passage 37 can be manufactured easily. And a transverse type rotary compressor of a low cost, a stable quality, and a high reliability can be obtained.

Vibration is transmitted from both a fixing plate for fixing the accumulator to a sealed electric motor main body and an intake pipe 3, and the inside capacity of the main body is compressed or expanded by pulsation of a refrigerant gas, but, because the tubular body is not soldered, cracking of soldering material or detachment of the tubular body, etc., does not occur and so the accumulator can resist strong impact.
