    • PURPOSE:To maintain the engagement between a vane and a holder normally by installing an operating fitting having a vane holder and a spring engaged at both ends, rockably in the neighborhood of a lit, and adjoining an interfering part of the portion into the slit. CONSTITUTION:A holder 6 and a spring 8 are engaged with both ends of an operating fitting 7, and this operating fitting 7 is installed in the neighborhood of a slit 1a, where a vane 4 is slidden up and down, after the central part is adjoined to a top part of the slit 1a. When the central part of the holder 6 will not be fitted in a recess groove 5 of a top part of the vane 4 in a normal state due to inadvertence at time of assembling, if the initial compression stroke begins, an interfering part 7a of this operating fitting 7 and the vane holder 6 are made contact with each other by rocking motion of the operating fitting 7. Accordingly, pressing force A is added to them, so that they are pressed by a resultant with spring force B of the spring 8, therefore fitted in the recess groove 5, coming into a regular fitted state. In consequence, any abnormal wear in the holder 6 and the vane 4 is thus preventable.

    • PURPOSE:To restrain transmission of vibration of a compression element to a sealed container by providing parallel to a crank shaft a flexible suction pipe having one end fitted into the compression element and the other end into an inlet gas suction portion provided in the sealed container. CONSTITUTION:A compression element 3 and an electromotive element 2 are connected together by a frame 6 and both are elastically supported to a sealed container 1 by a spring 12, and vibration caused by load fluctuation during the process of compressing by the element 3 is absorbed by the spring 12 so that transmission of vibration to the container 1 is prevented. Lubricating oil stored in the bottom portion of the container is fed from an oil pipe 16 to the sliding portion of each portion of the element 3 by an oil pump 9 fixed to a cylinder head 7 through an oil feed hole provided in a crank shaft 4. A refrigerant gas from the evaporator of a refrigerating cycle is allowed to flow into the container from an external suction pipe 14 and, because an suction pipe 11 has one end fitted into the head 7 and the other end into an inlet gas suction portion 10, the refrigerant gas is directly introduced from outside the container 1 into a cylinder room 5 and thereby lowering of density due to heating of the inlet refrigerant gas is prevented and the suction efficiency is enhanced.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the number of components and to obtain a rotary compres sor with high reliability by storing an inner and an outer gears in a space part formed on the part opposite to the cylinder side of a cylinder head so as to integrally constitute a gear pump. CONSTITUTION:A driving force is transmitted to a gear pump 11 from a rotation axis 4 by driving of the rotation axis 4, and this pump 11 is operated so as to suck a lubricating oil to be reserved at the bottom part of a closed container 1. In this case, the gear pump 11 is rotated by the rotation axis 4, and it is necessary that an eccentric amount between the center of a space part 6a of a cylinder head for storing the gear pump 11 and the center of the rotation axis 4 is appropriate. However, as the space part 6a is formed at the rotation axis and the cylinder head 6 which is a bearing of this axis and the eccentric amount between the center of the rotation axis 4 and the center of the space part 6a can be set without putting another part between them, accuracy in machining of the cylinder head 6 can be maintained and a function of the gear pump 11 as an oil feeder can be obtained with accuracy.

    • PURPOSE:To sufficiently cool an electrically-driven element by a method wherein most of compressed refrigerant gas is guided through the flow passage of the outer peripheral part of the fixed core of the electrically-driven element to an end part on the electrically-driven element side, from which most of the refrigerant gas is guided through a gap between the stator and the rotor of the electrically-driven element to the part, on the inner peripheral side of a stator coil, of a central space part. CONSTITUTION:Gas compressed by a compression element 3 is delivered to a part 13a on the outer peripheral side of a delivery muffler 13, and is guided from a delivery port 14 through the part, on the outer peripheral side of a stator coil 5b, of a central space part 15 to a delivery gas flow passage 19. The delivery port 14 is positioned facing the delivery gas flow passage 19 and a part 13b on the inner peripheral side of the delivery muffler 13 is overlapped on the inner peripheral side with the stator coil 5b with a narrow gap therebetween, delivery gas is prevented from leaking through the stator coil 5b to a position on the inner peripheral side. The delivery gas is further guided through a space part 18 to a gap 21, the part on the inner peripheral side of the stator coil 5b, a communicating gas hole 26, the part 13b on the inner peripheral side, and a space part 16, and is guided through a delivery pipe 17 to a refrigerant circuit outside a closed container 1. This constitution performs enough cooling of an electrically-driven element 2.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the size of an oil supply means by providing a means for supplying lubricant from a lower enclosed container to an oil supply path through utilization of static pressure drop in a crankshaft or a bearing due to high speed passage of refrigerant. CONSTITUTION:Gas delivered through driving of a compressor passes through a path 18 arranged in a compressor element 3 and delivered into an enclosed container 1, and since the cross-section of the path 18 is smaller than that of a delivery muffler 12 the flow speed of gas increases. At this time, dynamic pressure of delivery gas increases to lower the static pressure correspondingly, the static pressure in the container 1 drops below that in the path 18. When the path 18 is communicated with an oil supply path 13 and the space at the communicating section is separated from the enclosed container 1, the static pressure in the oil supply path 13 drops. Consequently, lubricant 17 is sucked from the bottom of the enclosed container 1 and supplied to an oil supply hole 4a in a crankshaft 4 thus lubricating bearing sections.
