摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a photovoltaic panel device which enables photovoltaic panels to be detachable from each other, contributes to improved maintenance workability, and prevents water infiltration onto roofing boards. SOLUTION: According to the photovoltaic panel device, a plurality of U-shaped base metal sheets 8 which each have first and second rise portions on both sides of a bottom portion 8a, are laid on the roofing boards in direction perpendicular to a roof inclining direction by connecting the first and second rise portions of the base metal sheets, respectively. Further part of the bottom portion 8a overlaps the other base metal sheet, and therefore the base metal sheets are laid in multiple stages in the roof inclining direction. Then a panel fixing member 13 is attached onto an eaves side of the bottom portion 8a of each base metal sheet 8 such that a U-shaped slot opening of a bearing member 13a faces the eaves side. Further a ridge-side frame 4 is inserted into the bearing portion 13a, and an eaves-side frame 5 is rigidly fastened to the L-shaped bearing portion 13d of the panel fixing member 13, followed by rigidly fastening a longitudinal frame 15 to a plate portion of the base metal sheet 8, whereby the photovoltaic panel 1 is mounted in a gap between the panel fixing members 13. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar-battery panel system capable of coping with various shapes and structure installed on a roof to avoid a waste and promote cost reduction. SOLUTION: In the solar-battery panel system, square solar-battery panels 1 of vertical and horizontal dimensions m are arranged zigzag such that upper panels are out of alignment with lower ones by shifting half of their horizontal dimension (m), on a roof structure 2 having a triangular or trapezoidal planar shape; each of the solar-battery panels 1 is fixed across two fixing members 10 arranged vertically on the roof structure 2, to arrange the panels into a planar shape resembling the planar shape of the roof structure 2. The assembly of solar-battery panels 1 forming a triangle or trapezoid that resembles the roof structure 2 is imaginarily cut into halves by a virtual line 37 so that the halves are approximately congruent. The number of fixing members 10 at each step of the panels 1, from the first step to an N-th step, is determined, and is used twice as much as that number as a packaging unit, the fixing members are bundled for each stage.

The frame holding device 1 is provided in such a manner as to be longitudinally rotatable, and arranged substantially in parallel to the inclined roof materials 6. Therefore, the solar battery 5 can be precisely mounted on a roof, and high reliability can be provided.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable prevention of deterioration in electric property and yield due to penetration by a transparent resin, by bonding a thin film silicon solar battery to a cover glass after formation of an electrode. SOLUTION: First, a base electrode 6 and an emitter electrode 7 are formed on a single crystalline or polycrystalline thin silicon substrate 1 on which an emitter layer 2 and via-holes 3 having regular intervals are formed. In this case, the thin silicon substrate 1 is of p-type having a thickness of not more than 100μm, and the emitter layer 2 is of a conductivity type opposite to that of the p-type thin silicon substrate 1, for example, n-type formed by thermal diffusion of phosphorus on the thin silicon substrate 1. In this process, by using Al or AgAl paste for the base electrode 6 and Ag paste for the emitter electrode 7, and firing the paste for several minutes under the condition of 700 deg.C in a dry air to form electrodes, formation of electrodes with a good ohmic characteristic and a low specific resistance is enabled.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the smallest diameter portion of a ventilation flue, at which burrs are likely to generate during molding, from making contact with each blade so as to prevent deterioration of the ventilating performance of a fan by retreating toward the center the trailing edge portion of each blade being opposite to the smallest diameter portion of the ventilation flue. CONSTITUTION:The motor 1 of a fan is provided at the center of a ventilation flue comprising a bell-mouth formed by a plastic casing 2. An axial impeller is a molding of plastic, covers one axial side portion of the motor 1 and the outer peripheral portion of a roller 7 and is integrated with a rotary shaft 4 and the rotor 7. The ventilation flue is enlarged at its inlet and outlet sides and is smallest 8 in diameter at the end portion of the outlet enlarged portion. Each of the blades 9 of the axial impeller has a notch 10 provided in its trailing edge corner portion serving as a rear end portion when seen from the direction of rotation opposite to the smallest diameter portion 8 in particular, and this notched portion is retreated toward the center. Therefore, even if burrs are formed at mating faces after molding, for example, each blade 9 is not forced into contact with the inner surface of the ventilation flue by distortion of the casing 2.
