    • PURPOSE:To reduce noise by forming a secondary conductor to be arranged on a rotor coupled with a rotary shaft and a thrust stop section to be arranged on a rotor while facing with the rotary shaft simultaneously and employing vibration suppressing members at the thrust stopping section and the secondary conductor section. CONSTITUTION:A rod is machined and polished by means of a tool (not shown) to form a rotary shaft 16 having specific diameter and length. A required number of magnetic steel plate 17a punched into a predetermined shape are stack to form a rotor core 17, which is then inserted into the rotary shaft 16. Then the rotary shaft 16 and the rotor core 17 are set in a die-cast mold (not shown) and die-cast material is poured therein, thus forming a secondary conductor section 18, a thrust stop section 19 and an oil sump 22 simultaneously. Vibration suppressing members are employed at the secondary conductor section 18 and the thrust stop section 19. Corrective machining is carried out through the gap at the thrust stop section 19. By such arrangement, the die-cast mold can be used generally, noise is reduced, and lubricant can be collected.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a manufacturing process capable of eliminating a dispersion of thermal resistance of a sleeve and frame by forming a heat-dissipating sleeve into a cylinder having a diameter smaller than the outer diameter of a motor frame and by fitting said sleeve to the outer periphery of said motor frame after applying an adhesive thereto. CONSTITUTION:A heat-dissipating sleeve 6 having a beat-dissipating fin 7 protruding to form folds radially is formed into a cylinder by working of a flat plate. In this case, the inner diameter of said heat-dissipating sleeve 6 is formed a little smaller than the outer diameter of a motor frame 3. Then, an adhesive 9 is applied to the inner peripheral face of said heat-dissipating sleeve 6, and further the inner diameter of the heat-dissipating sleeve 6 is expanded by a holder member 11 and the like. Also, the motor frame 3 is inserted inside the heat-dissipating sleeve 6, and lastly, the diameter of said heat-dissipating sleeve 6 is restored to the original length so that said sleeve 6 is stuck to the motor frame 3.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a low noise ventilation fan by a method wherein a casing communicated with an outdoor opening is installed within an outer enclosure, a blower is set in the casing, a panel cooperatively connected to an indoor opening is provided with an aeration port and a sound absorbing material is arranged at an aeration port of the panel at its peripheral part. CONSTITUTION:A casing 28 is installed in an outer enclosure 20, communicated at its upper part with a suction port 28a and at its side part with an outdoor opening 22. The outer enclosure 20 having a blower 31 installed therein is fixed in a ceiling 25. A panel 35 having a sound insulation material 44 is engaged from below the indoor side 23 and joined to an indoor side opening 21 of the outer enclosure 20. Then, a blower 31. is opened by an electric motor 33, indoor air is sucked into the outer enclosure 20 from an aeration port 36 of a panel 35 along a guide 35a and then the air is discharged out of a room through a duct pipe 27. In this case, air whistling sound at the part of the panel 35 is absorbed by a sound insulation material 44 disposed at a circumference at the aeration port 36. Although a rotating sound or a vane wheel 34 and an air whistling sound in the outer enclosure 20 are mainly discharged into the room, the sound may pass through the sound insulation material 44 without fail and absorbed there. The sound absorbing material 44 is non-organic fibers having continuous pores.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a motor on which radiation fins are easily mounted with less time by forcedly fitting a radiation sleeve formed a plurality of radiation fins on the periphery thereof on a motor frame. CONSTITUTION:A radiation sleeve 6 as another component is forcedly fitted on the periphery of a motor frame 3. The radiation sleeve 6 has the plural row of radiation fins 7 in the shape of a waveform in the direction of the width and is a barrel body of a belt-like material on which a top section and a bottom section are alternately arranged. The internal diameter of the radiation sleeve 6 is smaller than that of the motor frame 3, the inside of each radiation fin forms a groove 8, and is expanded elastically by expansion of the groove 8. At the time of force fit, the radiation sleeve 6 expands in the radial direction, but the return-force is the holding force after force-fit was made. A waveform- like construction of the radiation sleeve 6 is so designed that the inside of each radiation fin has an open hollow at the end section, so that this construction works effectively in terms of radiation effect.

    • PURPOSE:To fix a rotor shaft with a rotor core firmly in a short time by forming for a rotor core a protruding portion jutted out in the axial direction of the rotor shaft and by firmly compressing the protruding portion thereof after the rotor shaft is inserted into the rotor core. CONSTITUTION:On punching each core 5 composing a rotor core 3 by press working, a protruding portion 6 is formed for each core 5 jutting out in the axial direction of a rotor shaft 1. Necessary members of the core 5 are stacked with protruding portion 6 provided thereon. Then the rotor shaft 1 is inserted into the central hole of a rotor core 3 being completed. The rotor core 3 and the rotor shaft 1 inserted therein are kept stationary. Each protruding portion 6 of the rotor core 3 are compressed at the same time in the axial direction of the rotor shaft 1 by the press, so that each core 5 is deformed on the side of the rotor shaft 1. In this manner, the rotor shaft 1 and the rotor core 3 are firmly fixed together.
