    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain high performance of an air purifier by forming each elec trode plate of both side electrodes so that respective electrode plate can be devided at upstream side and down stream side of the air flow direction with respect to a collector part having the electrode structure in which the electrode plates of a high voltage side electrode and a dust collecting side electrode are disposed alternately at prescribed interval. SOLUTION: In the case of passing dust air to an ionizing part 1. when high voltage is impressed between an ionizing wire and 12 and a counter electrode 11, the dust air is charged positively by corona discharge. When the high vootleg side electrode 9 of the collector part 2 is impressed positively and the dust collecting side electrode 3 is impressed negatively respectively, electric field is generated between both electrode plates and dust particles are captured on the dust collecting side electrode 3 by Coulomb force. Then purified air is discharged from the collector part 2. In such a case, when respective electrode plates of the both side electrode 3 and 9 is formed so that they can be devided at upstream side and down steam side of the air flow direction, these plates can be formed to be thin and lightweight. Therefore, the space between each electrode plate is expanded and pressure drop can be reduced.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger of a thermal driving type heat pump device which can be attained in a low cost. SOLUTION: A primary passage for use in flowing working gas acting as primary fluid is constructed by an inside section of each of many heat transfer pipes 2 which are made of aluminum and arranged in parallel with and in coaxial with a center line of a cylinder 1 of a thermal driving type heat pump device. A secondary flow passage for use in flowing secondary fluid is constructed by each of partitioned sections of flat-plate-like fins 5 made of aluminum stacked up in multi-layer form in a direction of the center line of the cylinder 1. An inner circumferential side of the secondary passage is closed by an inner circumferential cylinder 9 internally fitted to an inner end of each of the fins 5, and an outer circumferential side is closed by an outercircumferential cylinder 10 outwardly fitted to an outer end of each of the fins 5, wherein only the secondary passage at the partitioned sections of both ends of the inner circumferential cylinder 9 and time outer circumferential cylinder 10 is closed by each of lids and then the secondary fluid is flowed out to the secondary passage through the outer circumferential cylinder 10.
