      SOLUTION: The mist sauna apparatus 100 comprises a main unit 80 having a suction port 6 communicated to a room, a discharge port 7 communicated to the same room and a series of airflow channel structures 8 formed between the suction port 6 and the discharge port 7, a circulation blower 10 installed within the main unit 80 for forming airflow within the airflow channel structures 8, an atomizer 50 with the water storage tank 32 for storing water which has adjustable atomizing capacity and is arranged within the airflow channel structures 8 downstream of the circulation blower 10 for atomizing and diffusing the water within the water storage tank 32, and a heater 20 for heating the water storage tank 32 during finish operation so as to sterilize the water storage tank by heat.
