    • PURPOSE:To improve safety by shutting a high voltage generation circuit at the time of abnormality such as electric discharge, etc., and stopping the action of a protective circuit when difference between the cathode current of a cathode- ray tube and the secondary side current of a high voltage transformer becomes higher than a specified value. CONSTITUTION:A detection circuit 15 detecting three beam average current which flows in the cathodes 12-14 of the cathode-ray tube 11 is connected with one side of a comparator 16. A resistor 20 is connected with the low voltage side of the secondary winding wire 172 of a flyback transformer 17 and a computing element 21 as a high voltage winding wire current detecting circuit is connected with the both side ends of the resistor 20. Current flowing in the resistor 20 increases at the time of abnormality such as the electric discharge, etc., between the flyback transformer 17 and an anode cap 19 or inside the secondary winding wire 172. The signal of a high level is outputted from the comparator 16 by a voltage outputted from the current detecting circuit 15 and the computing element 21 and a high voltage generation stopping circuit 22 is driven. That is, a transistor 26 is driven when a thyristor 25 is turned on and a main power source is turned off when a relay 27 works.

A state judgment part judges the presence or absence of the shift of the angle of the polarization plane from the judged result of both judgment parts. The reception power of the reception carrier is detected and the demodulation bit error rate of demodulated digital data is discriminated. The relative extent relation of detected reception power against the threshold is discriminated and the relative extent relation of the demodulation but error rate against the threshold is discriminated. The presence or absence of the shift of the angle of the polarization pane in the antenna is detected by the relative extent relations of reception power and the demodulation but error rate.

    • PURPOSE: To obtain a voice output control circuit whereby smooth output control is realized with configuration without using an active element. CONSTITUTION: Stereo voice signals L and R which are inputted to an amplitude control circuit 1 controls an amplitude level by an amplifying rate which is decided by a control voltage VC impressed on a control voltage terminal. The control voltage VC is generated by being charged/discharged with a time constant through the use of resistances 4, 5 and a capacitor 6 by turning on/off FET 3 with the signal from a PWM signal generating circuit 2. The output signal of the amplitude control circuit 1 is amplified to be the prescribed amplifying rate by a power amplifier circuit 7 so as to be a voice output signal and a D.C. component is removed by the capacitors 8 and 9 and, then, it is outputted from speakers 10 and 11. In a negative voltage peak value detecting circuit 15, when the output voltages of the respecctrive capacitors 8, 9 are lowered to the level with which respective diodes 1501 and 1502 become conductive, current is permitted to flow from a grounded potential GND with the resistance 1503 and the voltage fixed by the voltage deviding ratio of the resistances 1505 and 1506 is lowered.
