摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aerial electric cable with an excellent heat resistant property, disusing the process of winding an antirust tape on the conduction body, not changing the working circumstances for the worse, which is formed by covering a conduction body with an insulation body, made of bridged polyethylene having a permanently stable antirust property, by an extrusion. SOLUTION: The polyethylene, bridged by an aqueous bridging reaction, does not need to make react at high temperature like a chemical bridging when reacting, but enabled to carry out a bridging reaction at room temperature. The above obtains the aerial electric cable, which does not cause a blooming during bridging process even if a volatile antirust reagent is added to the polyethylene, surely containing the added antirust reagent in the polyethylene, with a permanently stable antirust property and an excellent heat resistant property.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To offer a method for producing molded products made of polyolefin- based rubber having a high degree of crosslinking and capability of being crosslinked with water. SOLUTION: A molded product is produced by mechanically blending (A) polyolefin-based rubber, (B) an auxiliary agent for graft copolymerization, and (C) a silane coupling agent, at a temperature lower than the melting point of the component C by at least 30 deg.C and lower than the decomposition temperature of the component B by at least 30 deg.C, i.e., at a lower temperature than that in the conventional method, and then by heat treatment at a temperature equal to or higher than the decomposition temperature of the component B, followed by extrusion molding and by crosslinking with water. This method is very useful for producing various kinds of molded products made of polyolefin-based rubber capable of being crosslinked with water, especially useful for producing electrical wires insulated with crosslinked polyolefin-based rubber.

SOLUTION: A crosslinked polyolefinic plastic molded product is produced by mechanically mixing polyolefinic plastic, a grafting aid and a silane coupling agent at temp. lower than the b.p. of a coupling agent at least by 30 deg. and also lower than the decomposition temp. of the grafting aid at least by 30 deg. and subjecting the resulting mixture to extrusion molding at temp. higher than the decomposition temp. of the grafting aid at least by 30 deg.C. This method is extremely useful in the production of various water crosslinked polyolefinic plastic molded products, especially, a crosslinked polyolefinic plastic insulated wire.

By adding a fatty acid amide such as oleic acid amide or stearic acid amide, the generation of water caused by reheating in connection and the like is suppressed in addition to the increase in heat resistance.
