摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatize the inspection of an orifice tube, and to improve the reliability and productivity of the inspection, by automatically taking out the orifice tubes one by one by a tube extracting part to convey the same to a metal wire detector for the inspection. SOLUTION: A number of orifice tubes A are loaded on a tube supply path 11 of a tube loading part 1. Then a tube extracting part 2 automatically takes out the orifice tubes A one by one to send the same to a metal wire detector 4 by a tube sending part 3. The metal wire detector 4 inspects whether the metal wire remains in the tube of the orifice tube A or not. The inspected orifice tube A is loaded on the tube feeding-out part 5 to be successively fed out. Thereby a hand for the inspection of the orifice tube A becomes unnecessary, and the metal wire in the tube can be surely detected without fail, by the metal wire detector 4.

When the slide plate 4 is slide more, the orifice tube A, which is fitted in the recessed part 4a, is transferred outside in the left of the plate spring 2. A tip of this orifice tube A is pinched for carrying by rollers.

After cramped, absorption pads 23 come into contact with the mask parts 60, suck and absorb them. Then an upper absorption arm 21 and an under absorption arm 22 turn by 90 deg., and the mask parts 60 are opened and held vertically with respect to the flat-type wire 50. A cutting mechanism 30 moves back the sheet and cuts the mask parts 60. At this time, even if the mask parts 60 are shifted vertically, upper and under cutting blades 41 and 42 separately mounted on an LM guide move independently, so that the mask parts 60 can be cut with no part remained.
