摘要： PURPOSE:To achieve the simplification of circuit constitution and the reduction of steady loss in the circuit detecting the deterioration of each semiconductor switch element in a semiconductor switch circuit. CONSTITUTION:Points U1, V1, W1 are points between thyristors 3 in the respective arms 2 of a switch circuit 1. Each of series circuits is constituted of a pair of voltage dividers 5 and the series circuits are connected across the points U1, V1, W1 and the points U2, V2, W2 between the voltage dividers 5 in the respective series circuits become detection output terminals. Transformers are respectively connected to the detection output terminals. Detection outputs are transmitted to a control unit through the transformers and the control unit analyzes the detection outputs to confirm the deterioration of the thyristors.

The gas which cooled the device 2 is discharged after circulating in the case 1. The cylinder is releasable and exchangeable. Thus, cooling efficiency is improved and heat generation parts can be smallized and lightened.
