摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a safety when an incomplete connection of electric wire connecting parts or an abnormal heat generation of an equipment is generated. SOLUTION: By forming at least a part of a current-carrying part 9 constituting an electroconductive circuit by a thermoplastic electroconductive resin composition, and the electroconductive resin composition is fused by a temperature rise, and thereby a conduction becomes impossible. By this, the electroconductive resin composition is melted by the heat generation in an incomplete contact condition and the electroconductive circuit is opened, thereby the safety can be secured. Further, because wiring parts are constituted by the electroconductive resin composition, the degree of freedom of the shape is increased compared with those of traditional metallic materials. Furthermore, because a part of the current-carrying part 9 formed by the thermoplastic electroconductive resin composition constitutes a fuse part 12, the electroconductive circuit gets fused to be opened by the heat generation even when a current exceeding an allowed value is applied from outside.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a danger to get an electric shock even if a finger touches an electric connection part. SOLUTION: In a connecting structure of an electric equipment consisting of a lamp 1 provided with a male-type electric connecting part and a receptacle 2 provided with a female-type electric connecting part which is connected with this lamp 1, between both electric connecting parts a part facing to outside, which is easy to be touched by one's hand in connection is formed by an insulating material 5, and the opposite side part which is difficult to be touched by one's hand in the connection is formed by a connecting terminal part 6 formed by an electroconductive resin composition. Hereby even if the lamp 1 is in a midway of loading, the finger does not touch the connecting terminal part 6, and there is no risk of an electrification or the like because what is touched by the one's hand is the insulating material. Further, because the connecting terminal part 6 is formed by the electroconductive resin composition, a degree of freedom in a shape is higher compared with a conventional one. Furthermore, because an insulating distance can be secured against the outer face touched by one's hand, a downsizing of a product is possible.

SOLUTION: A destroyed part made of a conductive resin compound that is destroyed by an external force exceeding the tolerance is formed on an operating part 11 from the outside that opens/closes contacts or on a load supporting part where an external load like an electric wire connecting part that connects an electric wire is applied. Then, the operating part 11 operates a switch operation handle 7, and the load supporting part is an attaching part 12 of the switch operation handle 7. Accordingly, while the stable current carrying performance is secured during currying a current as usual, in the case the external force exceeding the tolerance is applied, the wiring parts are completely destroyed and can not be used in a half-destroyed state so as to secure safety. Because the wiring parts are comprised of the conductive resin compound, the degree of freedom in the shape is high compared with conventional metallic material.
