PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sales system, a sales method for a customized lighting fixture and a server capable of customizing the specification of the lighting fixture while confirming aspects of the lighting fixture in a complete form in lighting and putting the light out from anywhere as long as there is a communication terminal connectable to a communication network. SOLUTION: When information for changing the specification of a member constituting the lighting fixture is transmitted from the communication terminal 1 operated by the customer side to this server 2 via the communication network 4, the server 2 accesses a database server 3 to search a database based on the inputted information, and transmits extracted information and a program for creating an appearance image of the lighting fixture to the communication terminal 1. In the communication terminal 1, the program is executed on a browser to create the appearance image in the lighting state and the lighting-out state of the lighting fixture with the specification changed, and the appearance image is displayed on a display device of the communication terminal 1.
