    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a commutator for a motor and its manufacturing method, which is capable of significantly shortening work time and preventing occurrence of an interlayer short circuiting by reducing wire processing and bonding man-hours of jumper wires, and preventing a segment from swelling by a large amount to the outside, by eliminating a space of the jumper wires.
      SOLUTION: This commutator 1 for the motor includes a segment group formed of a plurality of segments 3, which are shorted by a short-circuit member 4 in an insulating material 9, which is made of a resin or the like and in which a shaft of the motor is inserted with pressure. A plurality of the short-circuiting members 4 are disposed in the insulating material 9 with the dimensional difference in the height direction, and a plurality of segments 3 belonging to the same segment group are jointed to the common short-circuit member 4.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric vibrator which makes it possible decrease the number of the lead wires to be used and to eliminate the need for double coated tapes and is excellent in terms of a production cost and space. SOLUTION: The front surface of a substrate 1 is provided with a height regulating member 2 and a plate 4 to be vibrated which is fixed with a piezoelectric element 3 on its front surface is placed on the height regulating member 2 and is arranged on the substrate 1. The plate 4 to be vibrated is connected by a conducting part 7 to a land 6 of a circuit 5 disposed on the front surface of the substrate 1 and the plate 4 to be vibrated is fixed by a holding material 8 to the substrate 1. A spacing may be assured between the plate 4 to be vibrated and the substrate 1 by the height regulating member 2 and the plate 4 to be vibrated may be fixed by the holding member 8 to the substrate 1. The need for using the double coated tapes is eliminated when mounting the plate 4 to be vibrated to the substrate 1. The plate 4 to be vibrated is connected by the conducting part 7 to the land 6 and the need for connecting the plate 4 to be vibrated to the land 6 by the lead wire is eliminated.
