摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a structure having no possibility to produce such phenomenon as no-water burning of boiler by constituting a drain valve in such a way as to close regardless of the presence of boiler water when a water tank is seated in a feed water vessel and fixed by a holding lever. CONSTITUTION:When a water tank 35 fully filled with water is seated in a feed water vessel 33 and is fixed on the vessel 33 by mating the tip of a hook part 52 of a holding lever 51 on the upper edge of a feed water cylinder 34, the valve axis 47 of a feed water valve 38 contacts the working axis 46 of a drain valve 45 to open a feed water valve 38 and also close the valve 45 and the water in the tank 35 flows into the vessel 33 and then flows into a boiler 39 through a path 42. The water pressure in the boiler 39 is balanced with the pressure in the tank 35 and the boiler 39 keeps a necessary constant water level. Steam generated by heating a heater 40 is supplied to a heat cooking chamber 27 through a steam supply hole 42 and reduced amount of boiler water caused by steam supply is provided from the tank 35.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve resistance to corrosion of a cooking device and prevent the flow-out of water to the floor by bending an inner plate which forms in one body both side faces and a bottom face of a cooking chamber in U-shape and fixing a reflaction plate which forms the rear face and upper face of the cooking chamber to forma cooking chamber and placing a bottom plate below the bottom face and fixing the bottom plate to the inner plate to form an inner case. CONSTITUTION:An inner plate 34 forms integrally both side faces 34a and a bottom face 34b of a cooking chamber 32 by bending the inner plate in U-shape. The front section of the bottom plate 34b is bent downwards to from the front face 34c. A reflection plate 35 forms in one body the rear face 35b and upper face 35b of the cooking chamber 32. On both side sections, bent pieces 35c are provided and they are placed opposite to both side faces 34a and they are connected by spot welding, etc. Below the bottom face 34b a bottom plate 36 has its front end bent downwards and its rear end bent upwards and the bottom face 34b and the bottom plate 36 are connected by spot welding, etc. Steam jetted out to the cooking chamber 32 condenses and flows to collect on the bottom face 34b, and follows the front face 34c to reach a water receiving pan 44 and stays there. With this arrangement the condensed water does not flow to side faces and to outside,and the condensed water can be simply wiped off and resistance to corrosion of the cooking device is improved.

CONSTITUTION:The piece 12a of the L-shaped temperature sensitive fitment 12, which is situated in the heating chamber, is attached to the side plate 17 of the heating chamber by the L-shaped mounting fitment 13. In this case, the convection precluding piece 14, provided on the mounting piece 13a of the mounting fitment 13, is incorporated so that the piece 14 is abutted against the inside of the piece 12a situated in the chamber. According to this method, the heat of the temperature sensitive fitment 12 will never be released to the side plate 17 and con vection will never be generated in the clearance between the piece 12a in the chamber and the mounting piece 13a, whereby the temperature detecting accuracy may be improved.

The front section of the bottom plate 36 is bent downwards to form a bent piece B36a and at the same time a gap is provided between the bent piece A34a and bent piece B36a to fix the inner plate 34 and the bottom plate 36 together by spot welding, etc. A water receiving pan 44 is held freely slidably between legs 34 and forms a concave section which is wider than the front opening. With this constitution, water drops developed during cooking flow surely to the water receiving pan 44 by means of a bent piece A, and the material for the bottom plate can be made of a general material which is low in resistance to rust and to provide an inexpensive inner case.

Accordingly, water does not accumulated to one-side so the water pan 1 can be stably handled.
