    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need of a heat sink of a transistor by providing a pulse width modulation driving circuit for changing a pulse width with use of a signal from a control signal generator to on/off drive a proportional valve, and a constant current driving circuit for constant current-driving the proportional valve in response to a signal from a dither signal generator. SOLUTION: With starting of operation of a home water heater, a control signal generator 3 generates a signal for driving a proportional valve 2 in response to a load, and a PWM driving circuit 7 generates a signal changing its on-off width in response to the foregoing signal whereby a transistor 5 is PWM driven with bias resistors 11, 12. Hereby, the proportional valve 2 receives a current from a power supply when the transistor 5 is on, while it provides energy stored in a coil of the proportional valve 2 to the proportional valve 2 through a diode 13. Thereupon, a current signal flowing through the proportional valve 2 is detected with a resistor 9, and an operational amplifier 10 drives a transistor 8 such that the foregoing current signal is the same as a signal from a dither signal generator 1 whereby the proportional valve 2 is driven with a constant current.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of transmission by flickering two light emitting diodes approximate to the light receiving range, detecting the moving direction in the receiving sequence of a signal, superimposing a part of the light receivable range and detecting the position information. CONSTITUTION:A control circuit 2 reads the position information stored beforehand in a memory circuit 1 and a light emitting diode 7 is flickered by a driving circuit 5. On the other hand, the position information is inverted by an inverter circuit 3 and a light emitting diode 6 is flickered by a driving circuit 4. The space propagating light of light emitting diodes 6 and 7 is received by a light receiving circuit 8 at the moving side, amplified by an amplifying circuit 9, subsequently, the light is detected by a detecting circuit 10, decoded by a decoding circuit 12 at the timing reproduced by a clock reproducing circuit 11, and outputted as the position information data to an output terminal 13. At this time, the directivity and luminance of the light emitting diodes 6 and 7 are set so that a part of the light receivable range by the light receiving circuit 8 of the space propagating light can be overlapped. Thus, the moving direction and the position information can be detected.

    • PURPOSE:To provide the control of a proportional valve that is excellent in the response characteristic and accuracy by storing in memory the characteristics of the proportional valve and treating it by calculation at the time of operation, the control being expected to control non-linear characteristics and provide economical effects. CONSTITUTION:A regulation mode is set by a change-over switch 14 in a mode change-over circuit 13, and a temperature control circuit 9 outputs an instruction signal everytime a specified interval passes. A proportional valve 5 that receives this instruction signal through a drive circuit has its output corresponding to the instruction signal measured by a flow rate sensor 6, and the measurements are stored in an output memory circuit 11. When the change-over switch 14 sets an operation mode, the temperature control circuit 9 outputs 2 control signal by signals of a temperature setting device, etc. The output memory circuit 11 controls the proportional valve 5 in high speed by the signal corresponding to said control signals from the data in memory. A correction circuit further corrects the distance of the specified interval and outputs a corrected control signal to control exactly the proportional valve 5.

    • PURPOSE:To effectively extract air by a low cost and space-saving device by repeating plural times controls of temporarily switching to a circulation mode during hot water supplying mode operating, then turning OFF a pump and returning again to a hot water supplying mode. CONSTITUTION:Hot water of a hot water heat source 4 is supplied to a level switch 5 through a solenoid valve 16, and supplied to a bathtub 2 in a hot water supplying mode in which a forward tube 11 is connected to a hot water supplying tubs 6 via a 3-way valve 17. The hot water of the bathtub 2 is circulated to be operated in a circulating mode in which the tube 11 is connected to a return tube 12 via the valve 17, heated and held at its temperature by a heat exchanger 10. When it is switched to the circulating mode via the valve 17 during the hot water supplying mode operating to turn OFF the pump 9, the air in the tube 12 is pressurized by the hydraulic pressure of the tube 11, and introduced to the bathtub 2. Hot water is again supplied by the hot water supplying mode operation. If the bathtub is disposed on a second floor with the above structure, or on a first floor, the controls are repeated plural times to effectively extract the air. Even if the water is not introduced with the above operation, the operation is stopped being regarded as a malfunction.

    • PURPOSE:To detect an overflow of water from a water storing part and a water leakage error by a method wherein in case that there is no variation in pressure value in an increasing direction from a pressure sensing stage, a control means for terminating operation of the hot water feeder is provided. CONSTITUTION:A degree of increasing of water level is calculated during a supplying of set value by a controlling means 13 and the set value water supplying operation is continued while measuring a time period reaching up to a predetermined degree of increase. When the time exceeds a predetermined time, the operation is stopped. In general, the set value water supplying operation is completed when the pressure shows the value of PX+PA and if there is an overflow of the flow storing par 1 at the elapse time (t1), the pressure increasing is not generated, and even if the specified period of time elapses, no increasing of pressure and so an error is detected by a pressure sensor 8 at a point of the specified time (t2) and this signal is discriminated by the controlling means 13 and the operation of the hot water supplying source 10 and the pump 6 are stopped.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent hot water from flowing between a heat exchanger and a bathtub and to prevent hot water from cooling by blocking a connector for connecting the heat exchanger to the bathtub during while a bath boiler is not in use. CONSTITUTION:Water is filled in a bathtub 9, fuel supplied by a fuel supply unit 5 is burned by a burner 4, and the combustion is controlled by a controller 6. Quantity of heat generated by the combustion is thermally exchanged by a heat exchanger 3 to heat the water in the bathtub 9, and the water becomes hot. Then, the combustion is stopped, the quantity of heat of the hot water in the bathtub 9 is discharged to cool the hot water. In this case, the discharge of the heat from the heat exchanger 3 is very large. Then, when the temperature of the hot water in the bathtub 9 becomes a predetermined temperature or lower by a temperature sensor 3a for detecting the temperature in the heat exchanger 3, a blocking unit 3c is operated by the signal from the sensor 3a to block the connector 10 of the heat exchanger 3 by a blocking plate 3b to stop the flow of the hot water between the bathtub 9 and the heat exchanger 3, thereby to reduce the quantity of heat discharged from the heat exchanger 3. As a result, the hot water in the bathtub 9 is scarcely cooled.

Then, water flow in the water supply piping at the time of using waterworks is used, and the turbine is worked, and the rotational motion is converted to electric energy, and the electric energy is stored to set a constant voltage power source. As a result, the energy can be semi-permanently used as the power source of an electrical equipment.
