    • PURPOSE:To provide a water level sensing device, which omits use of AC mains and a power supply transformer through changing-over of the current direction to cause shortening of the time for sensing the water level, in which electric erosion is prevented through suppression of DC component generation due to dispersion of the component parts, and with which one water level sensing circuit performs water level sensing with a plurality of electrodes. CONSTITUTION:The current direction is changed over by a pseudo-AC producing circuit 29, and the produced AC current flowing from an electrode 4 to a tank 3 is rectified by a rectifier circuit 2, smoothened by a smoother circuit 22a, and sensed by a voltage sensing circuit 22b to perform water level sensing. At the same time, the reference signal V26 applied to the pseudo-AC producing circuit 29 and the signal V25 for comparison are switched periodically to prevent generation of DC component without claiming any special adjustment or parts accuracy. An electrode selecting circuit 23 is installed between the electrodes 4, 10 and rectifier circuit 2, and thereby water level sensing is performed with the electrodes changed over.

A centralized controller capable of controlling the operation and stoppage of a plurality of the terminal equipments 9 and the heat source machine 1 and monitoring operation by working a plurality of arbitrary operation-stoppage switches 27 of the controller 26 is acquired.

    • PURPOSE:To supply stable steam continuously and hold chamber temperature constant by providing an upper water level sensor and a lower water level sensor which hold a water level in a tank in a constant range. CONSTITUTION:Water 11 held at the position of an upper sensor 6 in a tank 2 is heated and boiled by combustion of a burner 1, and steam 12 is produced. When the steam 12 is produced continuously and the water level in the tank 2 is decreased up to the position of a lower water level sensor 7, feeding of water is started (point a). Since water which in to be resupplied in the tank 2 is in a feed water pipe 8 closely wound in a furnace 9 is preheated, stable steam 12 can be produced continuously without stopping the production of steam (point c), because hot water temperature of hot water 11 in the tank 2 is lowered (point b), but lowering of the temperature (DELTAt) is small. Therefore, the temperature in a bathroom and the like is held constant without changing and satisfies users with feeling of satisfaction and relief.

    • PURPOSE:To control the quantity of combustion of a burner for use in hot water supply to thereby stably control the temperature of the hot water supply by providing the hot water supplier with a supply hot water flow amount control valve at a supply hot water passage, a supply water detection element, and a control circuit, and actuating a proportional control valve by a control signal computationally processed by a signal from a thermistor for supplying hot water. CONSTITUTION:During an automatic hot water supply operation, a supply hot water flow amount control value 24 and a safety valve 29 are branched from a supply hot water passage on the downstream of a thermistor 18 for supplying hot water, and are connected to a bathtub 4 through a bath automatic supply hot water passage 30. The control value 24 is opened by a signal from a supply hot water operation control part 38. Through a heat exchanger 1, a comparator 32 of a control circuit 27 carries out a comparison-computation by a signal from the thermistor 18. A proportional control valve drive part 34 is actuated by an output computationally processed by a computationally processing part 33, thus actuating a proportional control valve 13. The quantity of combustion of a burner 14 for supplying hot water is controlled to stably control the temperature of supply hot water.
