SOLUTION: The mold with a slide core comprises a fixed mold 12 mounting a cam 14 including a tapered part 13, a cylinder 1 containing a pin 8 movable by a spring 11 in contact with the cam 14 correspondingly on a vertical line and sliding a slide core body 3 having an oblique part 5 correspondingly to the slide core end 4 and a tapered part 13 coupled via a rod 2, and a mold holder 9 mounting a movable mold 7 opposed to the mold 12. Thus, the side core end 4 can effectively be drawn from the molding product by the small-sized small-capacity cylinder 1.

SOLUTION: A molding body part 7 is formed by resin-molding in which the tip part made of an insulating resin material is made into a step-form part 15 and a plurality of lead parts 3 of a continuous strip-form hoop lead material 1 made of a metal material is connected to the tip part. Successively, in order to make close connection by welding the step-form part 15 with a resin, the step of forming the molding body part 7 by resin-molding is similarly repeated to manufacture the plurality of adjacent lead parts 3. A method of obtaining a lead terminal 14 by arbitrarily cutting or processing the continuous hoop lead terminal material 16 is used, so that losely contacting performance between the lead parts 3 and the molding body part 7 and accuracy are improved and that various kinds of lead terminals may be freely and easily manufactured by a small number of equipments and in a small installation area.
