摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil masking device in which the size of an opening part, through which masking oil sprayed from a masking roller passes, is minia turized and the width of mask layers on a polymer film can be made more thin, and the width of each mask layer, interval between the adjacent mask layers or shape of the opening part can easily and inexpensively be changed, and to provide a vacuum deposition devic provided with it. SOLUTION: This oil masking device is provided with a cylindrical masking roll 2 in which masking oil is fed to the inside, an opening part 21 provided on the circumference of the masking rill 2, through which the masking oil is discharged and a thin film 3 having through holes 31 for discharging of the masking oil, formed between the outer circumference of the masking roll and the film and overlapped with the opening part.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method and apparatus for manufacturing a metalized film for capacitors which exhibits superior capacitor element forming properties, pulse current resisting properties, and moisture resisting properties by forming a metalized film which is hard to have damages, flaking, and loss due to chemical reactions, and by increasing adhesion between respective layers. SOLUTION: This method of manufacturing a metalized film for capacitors comprises a first step of forming a masking oil layer on at least a portion of high molecular film 11, a second step of forming a metal-deposited layer on the portion of the film 11 other than the portion where the masking oil layer is formed by deposition a metal on the film 11, and a third step of removing the masking oil layer from the film 11. In the third step, it is prefereble to remove the masking oil layer by subjecting the film 11 to a discharge step, and as the discharge step, glow discharge step is preferable.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a plate for forming an oil film by using a rigid material and to constitute the whole of an apparatus for applying patterning films with a rigid material so as to enhance the durability and to continuously form various oil masking patterns stably.
SOLUTION: The apparatus for applying patterning films is equipped with: an inner pipe 2 having an opening part 6 for passing oil vaporized for forming a patterning film in the inner pipe 2; an outer pipe frame 10 which is provided to cover the outer periphery of the inner pipe 2 and in which opening parts 7 are provided; and rigid nozzle plates 4 which are provided so as to be each superposed with respective opening parts 7 of the outer pipe frame 10 and each have a through-hole group 9 comprising a plurality of through-holes 5 for spraying vaporized oil. The shape or alignment pattern of the through-holes 5 constituting the through-hole group 9 is made different in each rigid nozzle plate 4.
