When heating steam is supplied to the vessel 10, the gas in the vessel 10 is discharged from the vessel 10.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve solderability, and to enable soldering in a short time by disposing sheathing members onto two surfaces as the cut surfaces of a film capacitor element and coloring at least the surface layer sections of the sheathing members to a black system. CONSTITUTION:Evaporated electrodes 2, 3 composed of Al, etc., are shaped onto both surfaces of a dielectric film 1 consisting of a PPS film, and coating dielectric films 4, 5 made up of PPO 6 are formed onto the electrodes 2, 3, thus preparing a double-side evaporated and double-side coated film. The films are laminated, and electrode leading-out sections 6, 7 are shaped for leading out electrodes from the evaporated electrodes 2, 3, thus acquiring a strip capacitor in long size. The strip capacitor is cut in width of 4. 6mm, and thermo-setting sheets called prepreg sheets in which epoxy resin layers 8b are formed onto polyimide films 8a are stuck onto two surfaces as the out surfaces of the cut capacitor. A sheathing member 8 is shaped through heating curing, thus obtaining a laminated film chip capacitor. The sheathing member 8 is colored to the black system of brown-black brown.

摘要： PURPOSE:To strengthen and stabilize the electrical coupling of an electrode and an electrode leading-out section by composing a first layer in the electrode leading-out section of a copper-zinc alloy in specific thickness and a second layer of solder in a specific thickness. CONSTITUTION:Electrode leading-out sections 6, 7 are constituted of first layers 6a, 7a, on which a copper-zinc alloy is flame-sprayed, and second layers 6b, 7b on which solder is flame-sprayed. It is preferable that the copper-zinc alloy, thickness of which extends over 0.10-0.20mm and the ratio of the component of zinc of which extends over 5-60wt.%, is used as the first layers 6a, 7a in the electrode leading-out sections 6, 7, and it is desirable that solder (an Sb-Pb-Sn alloy), thickness of which extends over 0.20-0.40mm, a liquid-phase point temperature of which extends over 195-215 deg.C and a solid-phase point temperature of which is 189 deg.C, is employed as the second layers 6b, 7b. Defective tandelta is generated in small number when the ratio of, the component of zinc extends over 75wt.% or more, and the melting point is elevated when the ratio is less than 5wt.%, and the film deterioration of an end face is promoted, thus remarkably degrading charge and discharge characteristics.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve dimensional accuracy while preventing the cracking of an outer bag, and to miniaturize a capacitor by disposing sheathing members consisting of at least two layers of polyimide films in specific thickness and epoxy resin layers onto two surfaces as the cut surfaces of a film capacitor element. CONSTITUTION:Double-side evaporated and double-side coated films are laminated, and electrode leading out sections 6, 7 are formed, thus acquiring a strip capacitor in long size. The strip capacitor is cut in width of approximately 4.6mm, and discrete unit capacitor is shaped, and thermo-setting sheets called prepreg sheets in which epoxy resin layers 8b in thickness of 15-50mum are formed onto polyimide films 8a in thickness of 25-75mum are stuck onto two surfaces as the cut surfaces of the unit capacitor, and heated and cured, thus shaping a sheathing member 8. The sheathing member 8 coats the whole end faces of a capacitance section, and has width in an extent that it is disposed extending over the whole regions or partial regions of the end faces of protective layers 9, 10. The sheathing member 8 also has length in an extent that it is arranged extending over the whole regions or partial regions of the end faces on the cut surface sides of the electrode leading-out sections 6, 7.
