    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a refrigerating cycle apparatus, controlling a refrigerating cycle without an expensive pressure sensor, inexpensive, and having no possibility of leaking a refrigerant.
      SOLUTION: In this refrigerating cycle apparatus, the refrigerating cycle is formed by a compressor 501, a radiator 502 and an expander 503 having a power generator 507 and an evaporator 504. The apparatus includes: a power generator current detecting means 509 for detecting a current of the power generator 507; an evaporation temperature detection means 510 for detecting the evaporation temperature of the evaporator 504; a pressure estimation means 511 for estimating the high pressure of the refrigerating cycle based on the current of the power generator and the evaporation temperature; and an expander control means 508 for controlling the revolution of the expander 503 through the power generator according to the estimated pressure value estimated by the pressure estimation means 511. Thereby, the refrigerating cycle is controlled without using a pressure sensor.

The air conditioning planning means 10 plans the optimum air conditioning setting, presents the air conditioning setting to the person 2 in the room through the conversation control means 9 and controls the air conditioner to meet the intention of the person 2 in the room who responds to the presented air conditioning setting plan.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter device with less switching loss and less leakage current with an inexpensive drive circuit. SOLUTION: More than one among gate drive circuits 7 contains a capacitor connected with a power circuit 8 for gate drive, and drives a switching element 3 by utilizing voltage charged from the power circuit 8 for gate drive. When the frequency of an alternating current output is not less than a specified frequency, an inverter controller 6 outputs a pulse width modulation signal at all the phase points in one cycle of output voltage, in order that any one of outputs in three phases be kept fixed alternately at the negative potential of direct-current power supply or at the positive potential of the direct-current power supply and further in the other two phases the voltage between phases from the one phase is output. When the frequency of the alternating current is not more than the specified frequency, the inverter controller 6 outputs a pulse width modulation signal in order that any one phase is fixed at the negative potential of the direct-current power supply, and furthermore in the other two phases the voltage between phases from the one phase is output.
