    • PURPOSE:To permit the polishing with high precision and high efficiency by forming a composite polisher for polishing the surface of a shaping metal mold for a lens, etc., which are machine-worked with high precision, from the composite constitution through the mixed solidification of the joint material consisting of high polymeric material and the metal material. CONSTITUTION:As the composite polisher material, is prepared the fibrous metal 2 which is made of tin and adjusted to the dimensions of thickness of 0.1mm, width of 1.0mm, length of 10 mm or so and applied with a primer after being cleaned and degreased. The fibrous metal 2 in 10wt.% and the high polymeric material 1 such as shaping silicone rubber in 90wt.% are uses. After these materials are mixed, the material is poured into a polisher shaping mold which is made of resin and has the shape which is most advantangeous for polishing of a workpiece 4, preferably so that the fibrous metal 2 is dispersed only on the surface layer part of the composite polisher, and the desired composite polisher is manufactured by solidifying the high polymeric material 1. The workpiece is polished by supplying the slurry 5 containing fine abrasive grains.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for assembling a solid-state imaging device capable of easily improving an adhesion strength and an adhesion accuracy in adhering the solid-state imaging element to a lens barrel, and reducing a manufacturing baton by shortening an adhesion time at the time of adhesion to be able to realize a stable and low cost solid-state imaging device.
      SOLUTION: The assembling method comprises a step of detecting an inclined degree of a light acceptance surface 3 of the solid-state imaging element 101 side in advance, machining a surface 4 to be adhered of the element 101 side on the basis of the detected result, providing a 45-degree inclined plane 8 to an adhesive agent coating part for adhesion in machining the lens barrel side adhesion surface 6 which is adhered to the surface 4, and adhering between the surface 4 of the element 101 side and the inclined surface 8 with a UV curable adhesive agent. This improves the adhesion performance between the element 101 and the lens-barrel 105 by the UV curable adhesive agent.
