    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency transmitter-receiver capable of attaining a compact transceiver and a base station transmitter-receiver for communicating with the high frequency transmitter-receiver.
      SOLUTION: In the high frequency transmitter-receiver in which a voltage controlled oscillator 21 modulates a signal input to a transmission data input terminal 28 and transmits the signal from an oscillating coil 22, a lowpass filter 46 for receiving an output of a loop filter 27 of a PLL loop and a reception data output terminal 47 with an output of the lowpass filter 46 connected thereto are provided, and a changeover switch 41 for selectively switching a signal received by a receiving antenna 42 and a signal from a crystal oscillator 25 and outputting the switched signal to a frequency divider 26 is inserted between the crystal oscillator 25 and the frequency divider 26.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of parts in a high-frequency circuit, to reduce cost and to provide a satisfactory radio characteristic in the high-frequency circuit used in mobile radio communication and personal computer communication. SOLUTION: A composite radio machine using an almost same frequency band is provided with a first distributor to which first output and second output are to be inputted, a power amplifier to which the output of the first distributor is to be inputted, an antenna change-over switch to which the output of the power amplifier is to be inputted, a low-noise amplifier constituted on the reception side of the antenna change-over switch and a second distributor to which the output of the low-noise amplifier is to be inputted. The first distributor selects two different output signals on a transmission side. After that, the amplifies the signal is amplified by the power amplifier and as consists of a reception signal selected into two signals, by the second distributor constituted in the output of the now noise amplifier.

    • PURPOSE:To shift a resonance frequency of spurious radiation toward high frequencies on purpose without change of a resonance frequency of the lengthwise vibration of a paper-tablet piezoelectric resonator and to process the resonator simply by cutting off one corner among corners formed by the electrode faces of the paper-tablet piezoelectric resonance plate and side faces employing the lengthwise vibration. CONSTITUTION:Electrodes 4, 5 are provided to one face 2 on the piezoelectric resonator plate 1 and other face 3 opposite to the face 2 in parallel and one corner 6 among corners formed by electrode faces and side faces of the piezoelectric resonator plate 1 is cut out. The effective values of the width and thickness of the resonator are simultaneously changed by cutting off the one corner in this way and the frequency of the spurious radiation is shifted toward higher frequencies without revision of the resonance frequency in the lengthwise direction. In this case, the resonance frequency of spurious radiation is shifted toward higher frequencies as the corner is much more cut off. Or the similar effect is obtained by cutting off the one corner 6 much more further to form a trapezoidal cross section perpendicular to the lengthwise direction of the piezoelectric resonance plate 1.
