摘要： PURPOSE:To build a shaft for operating a shield machine by inserting a novel material into holes in novel concrete members, and by inserting a wire cable in a second hole so as to pull the cable in order to couple the novel material concrete members. CONSTITUTION:A channel 17 is formed in the ground surface by injecting slurry, one end part of a novel material 13 such as carbon fibers, glass fibers and steel fibers is bent so that it may be inserted into the groove 17. Then the novel material 13 is inserted into first holes in novel material concrete members 1-1, 1-2 while a wire cable 12 is inserted into a second hole and is then wound around a roller 19 in order to be turned back. Then, the novel material member 1-2 is moved so as to be joined to the member 1-1. After the repetitions of these steps, a plurality of NOMST precast members 1 are joined, and thereafter, the wire cable 12 is pulled to give prestress thereto. Further, the coupled novel concrete members 1 are pressed by a shield machine, and thereafter, the wire cable 12 is extracted before the excavation by the shield machine is started.

摘要： PURPOSE:To easily construct a vertical shaft for a shield machine by forming a wall body with new raw material precast concrete arranged with carbon fibers and other steel members at a groove section excavated while slurry is mixed, then solidifying the slurry. CONSTITUTION:A NOMST precast member 1 prestressed with a new raw material 13 made of carbon fibers in the horizontal direction is provided on a main body 3 made of precast concrete, and its width is set to about 1/2 of the opening width of a shield machine. A steel sheet pile 25, an H-steel 27, a pair of NOMOST members 1-1, 1-2, and a waling H-steel are arranged in a groove excavated while slurry such as bentonite is mixed. A chemical is injected to solidify the slurry, then the shield machine is installed and pressed to the wall face. The H-steels 27, 29 are removed, the NOMST members 1-1, 1-2 are directly excavated with the shield machine to construct a shield tunnel. A vertical shaft for the shield machine to be advanced and reached can be easily constructed for the execution under a road where height is limited.

And when some of jacks 8 of the machines 1a, 1b are extended and the others are contracted so that the forward sections of the excavators are inclined, one of the excavators comes downward and the other upward, whereby the machines 1a, 1b turns, while they are being advanced, so that two tunnels in parallel with each other in a plane including their axes, upper side one and lower side one, are formed. Thereafter, when the sections 2, 3 and 4 are separated from each other, and excavation is performed, two single-section tunnels can be continuously constructed indepen dently in any direction. Said excavators are joined together again to form a compound-section tunnel.
