    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a polysilsesquioxane graft polymer to become an adhesive having excellent heat resistance and cohesive power, to obtain a polysilsesquioxane compound into which an iniferter group is introduced, an adhesive and an adhesive tape using the obtained polymer. SOLUTION: The method for producing a polysilsesquioxane graft polymer (1) (A is a connecting group; R 1 is a hydrocarbon group which may contain a substituent group; R 2 is a hydrogen atom or the like; R 3 is a polar group or the like; R 4 is a hydrogen atom or the like; k1-k3 are each an arbitrary natural number; l-n are each 0 or an arbitrary natural number (a case in which m=n=0 is omitted); Q is an iniferter group) comprises irradiating a mixture of a polysilsesquioxane compound (2) and a vinyl compound (3) with ionizing radiation or heating the mixture.
