An engaging body 50 engaged with the cylindrical part 132 has an annular plate part 51 which restricts the movement of the delivery pipe 40 in the direction of the axis of the mounting hole but does not restrict the turn of the delivery pipe 40 around the axis of the mounting hole when the delivery pipe 40 is subjected to impacts to give sacrificial damages to the protruded portion 45.
