    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to enhance heat insulation efficiency by reducing the escape of heat to cooling pipes and to prevent crazing and cracking due to thermal stress.SOLUTION: Skid posts 2 arranged in a heating furnace each include a cooling pipe 8 and a fire-resistant heat-insulating means which surrounds the external circumference of the cooling pipe 8 and are characterized in that the fire-resistant heat-insulating means includes a cylindrical block part 6 placed so as to surround the cooling pipe 8 and a heat-insulating layer part 4 disposed between the internal circumferential surface of the cylindrical block part 6 and the external circumferential surface of the cooling pipe 8, the cylindrical block part 6 is composed of a plurality of annular block parts 5 laid upon each other in the longitudinal direction of the cooling pipe 8, and the annular block parts 5 are each constituted by circumferentially joining three or more split blocks 3 through joint parts 9, that annular block parts 5 which adjoin each other in the longitudinal direction of the cooling pipe 8 are arranged in position shifted in the circumferential direction to avoid the superposition of the joints 9 therebetween, and there is an expansion allowance of the annular block parts between the annular block parts 5 which adjoin each other in the longitudinal direction of the cooling pipe 8.
