    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting endoderm cells, intestinal tract cells or pancreatic cells by identifying the marker molecules of the endoderm cells, intestinal tract cells or pancreatic cells and utilizing them, and also a method for separating the endoderm cells, intestinal tract cells and pancreatic cells. SOLUTION: This method for detecting and separating the endoderm cells, intestinal tract cells or pancreatic cells is provided by including the detection of expression of at least one of a gene selected from among a decay-accelerating factor [DAF, CD55] gene, Tmem184a gene, Akr1c19 gene, 3300001A09Rik gene, Aebp2 gene, AI464131 gene, Foxp4 gene, Hipk2 gene, Lass4 gene, Pbxip1 gene, Pcbd1 gene and Pcdh1 gene.
