摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a virus-infected cell treatment device effectively treating immune cells infected with viruses while reducing a burden on a patient as much as possible without bringing on another disease.
SOLUTION: An application voltage and an application period by a constant voltage power supply unit 3 is predetermined. Then, both pads 1, 2 are abutted on appropriate positions on the body surface of the patient 100 at a distance. The constant voltage power supply unit 3 is operated to apply a DC voltage with a rectangular waveform of prescribed period to the patient 100 from the pads 1, 2 for about 30 minutes to one hour. Consequently, for T-cells infected with HIV and having proviruses, the infected cells are induced to apoptosis. Besides, for monocytes infected with HIV and having the proviruses, the transcriptional activity of the infected cells is increased.
